Employees don’t know much about iPhones. Are saying they can’t connect a phone because it’s “sim locked” but it’s sim locked to there carrier. Hey they don’t want to put the SIM card on the phone when it wpuld be sosimple to prove tjem wrong theybate just so non helpful. TRAIN YOUR E'PLOYEES better!!!!

Very rude store manager. Owner can look up who was working on Aug 11th in the afternoon to closing. You should dismiss her. I will not go back to this location.

Hello just wanted to let everyone know that I was treated super rude for the past 2 days at this location. Each location has their own owner but the store employee would not take my info or tell me how to contact them so maybe they will read this. I now have 2 lines of service one with Cricket and one with Metro. The first day the door was locked at 11:30 and the lady was upset that she was bothered, she had several people waiting on her and today she was just flat out rude. I am a new customer to Cricket and dont appreciate the way I have been treated.
