Rude, rude, rude, I went in to ask if I was allowed to trade in my phone or upgrade my phone from the plan I have now and the responses were served with attitude and ugly faces. I am switching to another carrier for this reason, I advise others do the same.

Rudest young man I dealt with. I needed to transfer info from old phone to new and he wouldn't. Told me to do it thru my Gmail. It's for my 13 year olds phone who doesn't have a Gmail so he argued w.me. bad man for disrespecting an elder like that.

Door was locked during operation hours at 1pm in the afternoon, sign on the door that said “be back in 15mins” was waiting over 15mins

The worst customer service I have ever seen. The guy joel wouldn't help me, but he has no problem. Helping all the mexicans, when did it become illegal to be white. And another store sent me over here because they didn't have the product I needed in stock. They asked them to hold. And sent me over here to get it. It was the worst service I have ever had in my life. It is illegal to be white all of a sudden.

The store on Virginia in Reno is ridiculous. They get you in the door take your information and then tell you they don’t have the phone or your offer has already been used. I swear they scam you to steal your ID and take out phones in your name.
