The worst customer service I have ever seen. The guy joel wouldn't help me, but he has no problem. Helping all the mexicans, when did it become illegal to be white. And another store sent me over here because they didn't have the product I needed in stock. They asked them to hold. And sent me over here to get it. It was the worst service I have ever had in my life. It is illegal to be white all of a sudden.

The store on Virginia in Reno is ridiculous. They get you in the door take your information and then tell you they don’t have the phone or your offer has already been used. I swear they scam you to steal your ID and take out phones in your name.

Went there to turn on another phone but they didn't have the sim card so I had to go to another location. Service was good.

Store hours says opens at 10a.m.It is now 10:30 and store is not open, no sign staying they are closed.

I purchased a phone yesterday and the lady added on cricket protection to my services without my knowledge or consent. I did not ask for it, she did not offer me it, she just added it to my plan. This is not okay. She needs to be talked to by the manager.

This is the best store in Reno, with the best team of professionals, They speak English & Spanish, and I will always return here when I have questions and want upgrades. They should train the other stores! Parking is great too!

I always go to this Location because i like the customer service. Love it! My family and I have tried all wireless companies from contract to prepay. Once we found Cricket, we've never been happier. We always have the best service, clear calls, no drop in signal, and we actually get what we pay for.Lilly is really polite and professional!! Thank you for great experience

Donatella & Brianna from the S. Virginia location went above & beyond to help me after a long frustrating process with my phone getting shut off!! I’ve been “helped” in the past by associates who left me without answers & have been on hold for customer service for hours at a time..I was truly on the verge of cancelling services with Cricket all together.But after experiencing their empathy & genuine desire to provide a solution for me, I’ve never felt more taken care of in my 5 years on service.Thank you both!
