Love the Gym! The manager Clay was very nice, the classes were my favorite, especially Emma’s classes. She made working out fun. Highly recommend.

Very welcoming place. I like how everything is well organized and cleaned. Thanks to all the staff for being kind and friendly. Special thanks to Coay for helping me out at the front desk. Will definitely recommend it here!! :)

This facility appears to be an appealing location for workouts. However, a notable concern is the professionalism of the staff, particularly an individual identified by Clay as the leader of the office at this site, who has demonstrated immaturity and disrespect in handling inquiries and issues related to a volunteer. Additionally, there have been instances where front desk staff have provided misleading information concerning non-employees and office matters. It's worth mentioning that despite some positive reviews, possibly motivated by personal affiliations, the reality is that the quality of customer support significantly lacks, impacting the overall experience negatively.

Reno Crunch just continues to go down hill. From their own employees talking about how they don't like working there to the nasty conditions they leave the areas that are out of view when you walk in, its no wonder other gyms have been able to open up in the area and do so much better. Today I had the pleasure of walking into the stand up tanner and seeing stuff smeared all over the glass, the floor had literal dirt on it and 6 bulbs were burnt out.

I really loved the people I met attending this gym. With that being said, when I went in to cancel my membership (I was moving to a different area of town), they told me I had to email management to do so. It” emailed management right away, but didn’t hear anything back. I followed up twice with no response for nearly a week about the status of cancellation, and I was finally given a response that it had been processed and confirmed. Nearly three months later, I find a “bill due” in my email inbox and had to call in the call center to get it taken care of. My cancellation was not processed and my card on file had been charged for two months without me knowing. For that reason, I’m leaving a generous 3/5. Gym is small and needs frequent maintenance on routine machines.

It was fine was I was a member, decent equipment for the price. But I went ROUND AND ROUND with the management at this location trying to cancel my month-to-month membership, only to find out after receiving a notice of cancellation email months ago, they continued to charge me. Good luck if you ever want to cut ties with this place.Edit to add: after over a month, countless phone calls with 2 different managers, and multiple requests to be copied on emails that were never fulfilled, I was repaid for the 13 months of back dues they owed me. I will give a small amount of credit to the holidays slowing things down, but it was a painful month.

The owner, who you can’t even talk to, needs to step up and hire people to show up on time. Fix equipment properly so people don’t get hurt. I’ve been hurt myself twice now on equipment that needs maintenance and or repairs. Yet, nothing is done about it, even after bringing it to staff attention. It’s only when equipment is not functioning at all they put a maintenance sign on it, which takes weeks if not months to get repaired. This is true about both Reno and Sparks gyms.Update: 2nd day in a row staff failed to open on time. Not just 10 or 15 minutes, over 2 hours late..

I have been a Member for Crunch Fitness Reno for over 3 years and have met some really great people. The Basic Membership is a good Value. In the last 8 months I decided to upgrade to the Peak Results Membership. The Hiit Classes, Super Set Classes and Spin Classes definitely helped me get back to my mid 20s Shape. Also the Benefits of having Access to both Facilities with a Guest is a Value in itself. The Hydro Massage Beds are Amazing as well.I would like to acknowledge Clay Nelson and his Staff for Providing exceptional Service and Kindness. With the help and support of all the members and staff I have been exceeding my Fitness Goals.Thank you ?

I have been going to this gym for 2 years and absolutely love it. The staff is always welcoming, kind and ready to help answer any questions. Gym is clean, padding is replaced and cleaning supplies are always restocked. The manager Clay always has a huge smile on his face and cares about the gyms quality. Would highly recommend!

Women’s bathroom is always disgusting and the staff are NOT friendly…they will push their friends to the front of the line for tanning after you’ve sat there for 10-15 mins waiting patiently for your turn…then instead of doing the right thing..apologize and still let their friend go first ….definitely looking for a new gym after today.
