Just got my 2024 RAV4 tinted (2nd vehicle done by Custom Concepts). Fast, reliable service each visit. I have sent multiple buddies here, and will continue to do so. You do not need to worry about bubbles / peeling with this shop as long as you follow proper curing procedures. Best tinting in NV!

Shoddy work. Paid him 350 cash and a week later the tint peels up and crinkles because he didn't even bother to tuck the tint behind the rubber door seals. Upon inspection, he cut them all about 1/4" short, rather than removing the door panels and bringing the tint below the level of the rubber door seal so that the tint won't get peeled up. He also didn't drop the eyebrow to the correct level that I wanted. Now the car is in another state and I will have to pay a better tint shop to re-do the windows.

I got a new car and need my windows tinted and the pricing was amazing and affordable and got me in quick.They did a excellent job on tinting my car windows and it turned out clean.The customer service is professional and friendly and polite.Highly recommend place to go to get windows tinting done.

Scheduled an appointment to have my headlights and fog lights replaced. Once I got both replaced, one of my headlights went out within a couple weeks and one of my fog lights went out within 2 months. They use very very low quality bulbs and they don't offer any warranties on the product they sell. I believe the brand they use is 6c which is like 14 bucks for a pair. I ended up watching a you tube video and replaced all my lights with high quality bulbs.

I got some lights for my birthday that cost $40 to be installed on the interior of my vehicle. Contacted custom concepts to install them. The estimated price for installation and labor was a maximum of $300. Although I thought it was expensive, it did make sense. $100/hr for 3 hours of work to stick some lights on the interior, cool. Should be finished by noon the next day since I dropped the car off at closing time. Next day at closing time, I get a call, “hey it’s taking longer than expected, gonna be $800 bucks. Woah! I get there the next day, I tell them how unacceptable it is for the price estimate to have this much of a discrepancy, and that if it was going to take longer than expected, I should’ve been informed, I obviously would’ve taken my car back and canceled the service. The worker tells me, “well this took me 13 hours so I should’ve charged you 1300, but I convinced my boss to let me charge you $800. Interesting, so after some back and forth, I leave with my car after paying $650. More than double the original estimate. The best part? One portion of the lights weren’t properly installed and now is constantly hanging out of place.

I had to cancel on them and they were really cool about it no cancellation fee, actually called me back and was super accommodating, I went in today for a Best Custom tint job and they nailed it, definitely the best one I've ever had, they are also going to do my custom audio and brake controller install, hope I can talk them into an automatic retractable nerf bar side step install also, lol, very very clean shop, in a safe part of town, love this shop, they also do wraps and paint protection! Tint was 15% less than other quotes o got and even more of a discount on the custom audio and dude knew his stuff, his knowledge is going to save me a lot of trouble I would have down the road! Thanks Anthony! I also want them to do some custom lighting, I'm gonna give 'em cart Blanche and see what they can do, I love my new truck! If I had to describe my window tint, it would be like a really nice pair of sunglasses while being hugged by your mom!! Bravo boys!

These guys did an awesome job with tinting my vehicle! The pricing wasn't too bad, and they got the work done faster than most tinting places I've experienced in my lifetime. The quality of work was awesome! I even brought my wife's vehicle in a few weeks later and they did a good job with her vehicle as well!

Called the morning of and they were able to get me in for a later afternoon tinting. Only needed the front two windows done but they were done quickly and efficiently and for a damn good price. It's been a few months now and they still look amazing! Thanks!

I have had every one our our vehicles done by Custom Concepts and have been very happy. Get the ceramic it really makes a difference!
