They can't be bothered. I called at 5:57, because they close at 6 to try and pickup my prescription because I'm in pain. I asked if they can transfer my script to the Damonte ranch pkwy location- got disconnected. I reached the pharmacy physically at 6:01 and the staff told me they're closed and there is nothing they can do. They recommended I call Damonte Ranch location and they answered their phone and she tried to help me but apparently my script was disabled probably because they wanted to go home. Pick a different career if you don't want to help people!!

I've had more trouble with this pharmacy over the last three years since I've moved to Reno. I finally transferred all my Scripps out and I'm having them delivered. the manager is awful and Doesn't care about her clients and there's new staff all the time which I like but don't stay. They have made mistakes on every script that I've picked up! It's too bad I like CVS...

Glad to see that months later this cvs hasn't done anything to improve itself. They remodeled but the service in the pharmacy (which lets be honest is all anyone cares about) is still terrible.

I had to pick up 2 prescriptions today. Evidently I came at a time that was inconvenient for CVS. They filled one prescription then closed the window in my face because it was 1:30 and they hadn't finished scanning the 2nd prescription. There is absolutely zero customer service or even a sense of human respect give by the staff. Go somewhere else even if you have to drive a little further. There are other options near by. Awful.Should be less than 1 star.

Victoreea and the pharmacy staff went beyond what customer service really means. I've had some horrible at pharmacies the last few years. They showed no empathy or emotion towards us but Victoreea and her crew truly show the kindness and support. Customer service should be modeled after.

Now the pharmacy is closing at 6:00 p.m., a time when we need services the most. Guess they forgot folks get off work after 5:00 p.m. Corporate makes crazy decisions that do not reflect concerns for their customers or their pharmacy staff.

Pharmacy staff outright lies about when prescriptions will be ready. Whe you drop off in person they should be honest so you can make choice on if you want to leave it or go someplace else.

It's very clear that all the bad reviews mean nothing to anyone here but I feel so upset I have to leave my own. Hey Jonathan when someone has an infection and needs their antibiotics, your attitude can take a hike. It took you first of all over 5 minutes to even find my one prescription because your pharmacy is so disorganized it's pathetic, then you failed to mention that one of my prescriptions hadn't been filled yet until we were leaving and I noticed it wasn't there (I was purchasing OTC meds while hubs checked out pharmacy) when we stood back in line and hubs said hi were missing a prescription, you said "it hasn't been filled yet do you need it tonight because we close in 10 minutes" to which my husband (who didn't want to come to this pharmacy in the first place but meds had been sent from Las Vegas clinic long story) replied "yes we do need it tonight" to which then Jonathan you so ungraciously said "well we are a day behind so do you want to come back here and help us?" In an extremely rude attitude To which I said 100 percent I'll come help. Because you clearly clearly need it. I have strep throat and an ear infection Jonathan which is not fun and actually pretty crappy when a pharmacy you depend on is not dependable. Do I know you are busy? Yes I can sympathize with that and I know that since I waited on hold for 30 minutes while I was in Las Vegas to make sure my meds would be filled correctly. If they weren't going to be I should have been told you were a day behind then and we would have sent to another pharmacy. Complete disaster as you can see from reviews within the last year. To top it off the manager of the store refused to come out and speak to us because apparently she's not the manager of the pharmacy. Well then the store isn't cool either.

Whew. These guys are aggressively unhappy, inattentive, mean. I feel an overwhelming sense of doom when I have to go inside and I'm met with open hostility when trying to pick up a prescription.Unfortunately there is a semi-monopoly of corporate pharmacies now and the options are limited so I have kept coming back. I think they hit a new low today so I'm going to use Costco Pharmacy exclusively despite it being miles from my home.

Terrible customer service. If they are busy they just don’t answer the phones, they pick up and then hang up on you. It’s a shame service here used to be good but is now terrible.

This CVS is clean, well stocked with nice displays and a nice section for sale and clearance items. The staff is professional, proficient and friendly. Jacob is often at or near the front check out area. He is always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is responsive to new prescriptions that might need to be filled right away.

This PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE if you can go someplace else do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache. They often time don't have the medication.They say come back in a "couple hours" I reply, "I'll be back in 2 hours" and they respond it probably won't be ready then. I came a day early to pick up my medication and was told I need to come back the next day and I can get it. When I return the day, they tell me "sorry we are out of it." WHY didn't you tell me that yesterday? They are always behind and short.I need to switch pharmacies
