Very DISAPPOINTED. Pharmacy is impossible to reach. Filled on 30days of a 90 day Rx, when tried to get refill, they have no record of my Rx. Impossible to straighten out their error. The cost of drug was $$$ more expensive then the same drug at COSTCO or Walmart. HORRIBLE SERVICE and Follow-up.

Lady at counter maybe about in her 60’s is insanely rude. Im wanting help at the self checkout and she says “you need to hit finish and pay” obviously I know how to work the self checkout I just needed help with my coupons . And she proceeded to tell me that as if I did not clicl “finish and pay” already . I just paid the regular price and that I had needed to pay, when I could have saved a couple of dollars . This happened at 3:10pm today 3/8/25.

This pharmacy is absolutely awful. The attitude and rude behavior from every single person that works that this pharmacy is outrageous. It is completely unacceptable to not have a critical medication ready within the time frame indicated. This is now the 4th time. Do not use this pharmacy.

My favorite CVS on 7th and Keystone, the employees are ALWAYS helpful and kind. This being something I appreciate, customer service still exists here.

Awful staff and bad services in this location !!! My doctor fax the prescription twice but CVS said they didn't received it. I ask the staff what to do he said have the doctor‘s office call in prescription and leave message.. .

The pharmacy rep at the window on 1/26/25 literally looked at me and treated me like I personally wronged her in some way. She was so rude for no reason I won’t be coming back after so many terrible experiences here.

This place is horrible. Customer service doesn't exist in the Pharmacy besides one gal. The rest are lazy.20 people waiting in line for RX. 4 people behind the counter. Only one person waiting on customers . In line 20 minutes. I'd give negative stars

They made it weird. Just refused to fill my script. Doctor had to call it in like 3 times. Line out the door and they’re on personal phone calls smiling at you. The only thing I can compare it to is the soap nazi on Seinfeld. All the bad reviews are true. I thought it was just me at first, but then I saw them treat multiple people rudely.

Standard CVS. Mostly clean and organized. The pharmacy staff seem unhappy, but they always have my stuff ready, which I appreciate.

I had a tooth extracted, and my dentist sent a prescription to this pharmacy. I visited the CVS and they said they hadn't received it, and to check back in 30 mins. I called my dentist, and they confirmed that they sent the prescription again just in case. I visited the CVS again and they said they still hadn't received it, and they were extremely unhelpful and rude to me when I tried to figure out a solution. A quote from the pharmacist "You can just take ibuprofen and Tylenol"
I would never recommend this location in any capacity.

these people are the absolute worst, from the front desk to the pharmacy. they don’t care at all. impossible to get through to the pharmacy via phone, horrible attitudes, they are careless, it’s a constant back and forth between them and my providers because the rx is never received when in reality they just don’t check for it. 100% of the time it is a nightmare. wish i could give 0 stars, 1 is generous.

Not that CVS even cares to read these reviews but I’ll be pulling my scrips from this location. I tried the whole kill them with kindness and that backfired. I was met with rudeness and frustration. I have been using CVS pharmacies for years, this is by far the worst I’ve been too across multiple states.
