Unhelpful staff and they tried to overcharge me by $40.00. Check your receipt and be prepared to search the entire store for what you want. I was told that they didn't have a product, even when the app said there some in stock. After almost 1/2 an hour I finally found it. The prices are high, staff is not helpful. I hope the overcharge was unintentional, however I don't expect to be back unless other drug stores are closed.

Yesterday, 11/15/24 around 2:15 I arrived at CVS Pharmacy Reno on 299 East Plumb lane. When I arrived I saw two women sitting down. I politely asked are you two in line? they replied No. So I then proceeded to the counter. The white women Pharmacy worker rudely replied You're not next, she is. I ( I'm asian)then asked you can sit and still be in the line? Then what is the actual line? The pharmacy worker agressively yelled, she can sit and do whatever she wants! I still complied and let the other woman go ahead. Then the worker and the customer began to gossip about me. This manager Jeff Pardone come out but he wasn't there to resolve the situation, but escalated. He joined in with Pharmacy worker and the customer quickly accuse me of making noise and being disruptive. He didn't listen to me instead bullied me. He demanded that I leave and wouldn't allow me to collect my medication. Does he have the authority to denied someone of their medication that they need to survive? And, is something was to happen to me since I wasn't allow to collect my medication is he held accountable?I'm a 65 senior women, this treatment is very unjust. It was never my choice to come this pharmacy but CVS is only one cover by my health insurance. Before, I went to Walgreens and was never treated this unfair. I'll insert a photo of this manager below.

This CVS location is the worst I've ever dealt with! The pharmacy staff is super rude they don't even try to be helpful at all I call my refills in and they text me when they are supposly ready I go there for them not to be ready and they make me wait even longer ! I've lived in Reno for 35 years and hands down this is the worst pharmacy I've ever done business with 🥺

The pharmacy, and over all store employees are as they should be, professional and helpful even when I've forgotten what I came to purchase..lol

Great selection and great location. Self checkout machine was kind of inefficient. It lagged a lot — making checkout much longer than it needed to.

I am mad. This is the second time that I have to write this down. The atmosphere was very uneasy. I did not feel welcome. The employees would rather. You not walk in the door so they could get their work done very poor customer service. The worst CVS store I've ever been in. It also looked like the store was in disarray. And not very well taken care of. I also got ripped off.When I tried to return something back on my card they have not!!!! I hope
I can take care of that soon. If you try and ask any questions, All you will get is a dirty look and maybe they'll tell you where. Also, their product supply was very low.Or they didn't have anything at all.

I'm giving this store a 4 only because of the store staff. I had alot of issues with the pharmacy here when I used to use it, I remember waiting and waiting for scripts that text me and said they were ready but weren't so that was kinda frustrating so I stopped using this pharmacy. They have a cool printing station you can use that uploads directly from your phone so that's pretty cool

5 stars for CVS overall but the 1 star is for "Vanessa, lead pharmacy technician". I have been coming here for many years and always have a positive experience. Today there was a lady there who was very condescending and rude, I've never interacted with her at this location and do not wish to do so again.

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude for no apparent reason. Even mid-day while not visibly busy with customers . I was patient and polite despite their attitude having worked in retail myself I understand the work can be stressful and frustrating at times but they seem to absolutely be in the wrong line of work . No hospitality whatsoever. This may very well be the worst pharmacy experience I've had. I will definitely not be coming back and would not recommend this location to anyone.

New pharmacy hours update needed online. Shows it’s open until 8pm but they now close at 5pm and I think 6pm on Sundays

This Pharmacy did not understand how drug coverage works. This particular store is nowhere near me. They were, however, the only CVS that had the medicine I needed. They had only half of the prescription and charged me full price ( which is correct) then they told me they would be charging me another $95 when the other 2 came in.??? I couldn't afford that so I filed a grievance and they had to issue me a check for the remains 2 boxes. Every Pharmacy ought to know that if you pay for the full order you get it Alex Pipitine
