Done with CVS Northtowne, done with CVS in general. There is no longer any option to call and talk to anyone in pharmacy, I was just informed by the general store calltaker. If I call, that ALREADY means, PAST TENSE, that their useless automated system cannot help me and I require speaking to an actual person. In addition, their drive thru is almost never open during their stated "open" hours. I'm not wasting time on this place anymore. Useless.

I primarily use this CVS for drive thru prescription pickup (and occasionally for delivery). Pharmacists and those who assist me in the drive thru have consistently been personable and prompt.
This year, I noticed a significant interest when I used Good RX. I rarely use this and was really surprised when folks took the time to look up the Good RX prices for various quantities. I also appreciate that this CVS has my payment info on file. This saves time and effort for both me and those helping me.
If CVS receives a prescription for a very expensive medication, they call or text to let me know. This gives me a chance to talk with my doctor to see if a less costly medication might work at well. CVS also checks in with me if it notices a new prescription may be affected by an existing prescription. This gives me time to check with my doctor to ensure I won’t have any adverse effects and/or to discontinue the older prescription.
I have been to many pharmacies over the years and this CVS consistently provides the best drive thru service. I appreciate this CVS very much.

I had the best experience at CVS with cashier Yossi. He was very helpful and made my shopping experience 5 stars. He deserves some recognition for his excellent customer service.

They have no problem saying OUT LOUD what your prescription is. Everyone within earshot knows what drug your taking. 1st Class....NOT

If you feel like being accused of stealing then go to this CVS because this is what you get. I went in there to buy a few items today before 7pm and the guy stocking confronts me about seeing me put something in my purse, I proceeded to tell him that I put my phone in my purse he still insisted that he saw me do it. Before this, I felt like this guy was following me and I guess I was right. Thanks Aaron for the pleasant cvs visit. I hope you got your answer when I had to open my purse so you could leave me alone about me "stealing"

I was between appointments and needed to get several items but needed to use the restroom before doing all my shopping. After being told that they don’t have a bathroom for “the public” I left and went somewhere else to get everything on my list…a store that treats their customers like humans that just might need to pee in the middle of the afternoon. I have no plans of ever returning to any CVS, but especially not this one. I understand not wanting an unlimited number of people to wander in off the streets but paying customers should be treated better than that.

Awful pharmacy. Everyone hates their job, takes it out on you, and can’t even fill basic prescriptions on time. This is the pharmacy I use for everything and I couldn’t have picked a worse one. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Save yourself the mental strain and frustration.

Pharmacy is bad, especially the Filipino manager. She has no customer service skills and when you call her on it, she laughs because she knows it’s true. She repeatedly gets prescriptions and insurance wrong because as the manager she never has the employees update their database probably because she doesn’t know how. I went there two weeks ago for a inhaler refill, and they said it would not be eligible until Mar.1, now she tells me it isn’t available until Mar. 26. , for a 30 day medicine. This CVS is clearly fraudulent and incompetent.

If you value your life and need medication, don't go to CVS Northtowne. Two years ago, I switched insurers although I have the same medication for the last six years. What the pharmacy manager is doing was randomly assigning claims to both former and current insurers for the same medicaRINO. My current insurer is now sending monthly letters to me saying they believe I have a second insurance and that medication should be billed to the other insurer or they'll cancel my plan as "fraud" eventhough that other insurer was canceled two years ago. Only CVS Northtowne has a record of my former insurance and medications and could cause this confusion. This CVS has been the source of this dual insurance billing issue and it seems possible that fraud is being committed by the pharmacy of double billing insurance for the same drugs that aren't received by clients.
