I had the absolute worst experience with Senait at this pharmacy. From the moment I walked in, she was rude and unhelpful. I had two prescriptions that needed to be filled, but Senait somehow lost my medication in the back of the pharmacy. When I asked about it, she just shrugged it off.
Then, she couldn't find either of my insurance details after I provided both of my insurance cards. After I called to get the necessary BIN number, which took two hours, she still couldn’t figure it out. The entire process was incredibly frustrating. Instead of helping, she told me well nothings popping up and stated that I either pay $70 for the medication or leave without it.
It was beyond unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I won't be returning to this pharmacy, especially with someone like Senait working there. Total lack of customer service and care. If I never saw her again it would be too soon.

The store says you open at 8 I amhere at 8:05 still not open. I will go to Walgreens now on because they open when they say or open it's 8:10 still not open!!!!!!!!!!!!

Far better experience when compared to the Sparks CVS off McCarran and Prater. Great costumer service. They answer their phones. They seem to care about those costumers. I was ready to write off CVS Pharmacy for life before I went to this particular location. Thanks for the hard work.

We typically just use the pharmacy. Staff is wonderful! Wait times can be a little long, but that is common in pharmacy.

The store in general is unkept. They've done a bit better lately but it always looks like it needs a good vacuuming. It's 100% self check now which is not consumer friendly for sure.They do not have a full time pharmacist- just a series of floaters. I had managed to avoid any problems regarding this until this week when the pharmacy let me down 3 times.I attempted resolution with the store manager, their 888 care number, another CVS pharmacist and so far nothing. I've spent hours on the phone trying to correct their mistakes and not once have I received an apology.So very disappointed.

PHARMACY REFUSED to sell me syringes needed for humulin insulin for type 2 diabetes. I do not look like a drug addict, i was polite, i have had multiple prescriptions through CVS for years and they refused me **despite this not being a law**. I do not need to carry around my prescriptions to purchase! I went to Walgreens right after and was given impeccable service without being treated like i needed to justify my purchase. Even if the person asking for syringes is a drug addict do you really think you're helping society with your refusal? You're directly forcing them to reuse or share needles and potentially contact/ pass around deadly diseases! DESPICABLE pharmacy!! You lost a long term customer in every way and i will tell everyone i know to always shop/get their prescriptions through Walgreens where they actually service their customers. Managers: i sincerely hope you reprimand the employee who put me through this. For more information, she was dark haired, white female, approximately 40 years of age. Extremely rude attitude, I'm sure this isn't your first complaint about her.

I'm just about over this store. The photo department is a joke and the printer always has an issue. I've tried to place orders multiple times during different occasions and there is always some issue that pops up. The only logical person who works at this store is Michael so if you happen to find yourself in this store ask for him, otherwise avoid this location.

In general CVS is very slow in the pharmacy. I get it. They have however one of the best technicians named Sabrina! She uses two registers to keep it flowing. She has the patience of a saint.
