Everytime I go here to pick up a perscription it's always easily a 20+ minute wait, even if there's not much of a line.Everyone behind the counter always has this crazy "deer caught in headlights" look to them and just seem so freaking miserable.The store itself also smells and is pretty filthy.These are all management issues.Hire more people.If you get a chance to go somewhere else I Def recommend it.

Victoreea and the pharmacy staff went beyond what customer service really means. I've had some horrible at pharmacies the last few years. They showed no empathy or emotion towards us but Victoreea and her crew truly show the kindness and support. Customer service should be modeled after.

Have been waiting for my medication for 5 days. Never received a call or text. I finally called. Went to pick up today and the Asian guy at pharmacy window was so incredibly rude when I tried to explain I had called and only needed one of my medications not both. Then he turner to another rude employee and something under his breathe. The ONLY reason I go to this CVS is because it is a drive thru and close to where I live. When you call they are rude! When you pick up majority are rude! I know the world is different now but come on! We are picking up medication that we need! Better manners please!

This place is hit or miss. Pharmacy closes at 6pm on Saturdays. Note to self: Do NOT wait in the drive thru, next time I’ll just go inside. I pulled up at 5:40 waited behind another car for about 15 mins, and when I was finally able to pull up for my turn it was 5:55pm and they literally rolled the window down on me. Ridiculous.

Pharmacy staff outright lies about when prescriptions will be ready. Whe you drop off in person they should be honest so you can make choice on if you want to leave it or go someplace else.

Add us to the list of unhappy customers. We called to make sure they were open on Easter Sunday because we needed an emergency prescription, someone responded and said they were open until 6. Great, we told them we were having a provider call in a prescription.Fast forward to 30 minutes after the provider called in, we call to make sure they received it and the girl answering the phone says she CANNOT get to voicemails because she is 2 days behind. And they can't transfer it either! So so frustrating that they didn't tell us this the FIRST TIME. ? Needless to say no more cvs in our future.

I was told that my prescription was ready to be picked up the next day after waiting five days to get it filled only to be told by the pharmacist that they couldn’t fill my prescription because my insurance company wants me to try another drug. That’s not CVS’s fault but the woman that told me that I could pick it up the next day only to be told that my insurance won’t approve?! Why not just tell me that? Call me, text me, email me literally ANY THING is better than telling me when I’m there to pick it up at 6PM on a Friday. To top it off, CVS won’t let me pay out of pocket for it?! When did CVS become a doctor’s office?!

Unfortunately, the pharmacy takes forever here. People are nice but the pharmacy processing speed is less to be desired taking days. If you need antibiotics or pain meds, you will be in agony for days with no phone call or more than likely no answer on their side as well.

Been using this pharmacy for over a year. Their customer service reps are rude, and seem unempathetic to their customers. Call them to opt out of something your APRN ordered that you told her you didn't want, (type of glucose monitor as a pre diabetic A1C 6.0), they'll still notify you to pick up for 30 days. Post 12 hours of them receiving a prescription, you select you need the prescription inhaler sooner than 1230 pm, they increase the pickup time to 110 pm. I'm an empathetic nurse who knows face to face rudeness gets negative reviews. If looks could kill, I would have been dead on my first visit. But I gave benefit of doubt, maybe they are overwhelmed even though it appeared there were greater than 12 people working behind the counter. Doesn't mean you the customer should experience behind the counter conflict. I'm considering a different location.
