The customer service at this location **** sucks, had to call 3 times and come to the pharmacy 3 times to finally get my prescription refilled, cashier at the pharmacy asked if I wanted to join the rewards program and before I could say yes she denied the request on the screen (why she even bothered in asking), she was too busy looking around that got my payment cancelled 2 times....

Went in today to get a very important prescription filled and they said their computers aren't working. They didn't know when they would be fixed. The lady helping me was really no help at all. Go to a different pharmacy!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I went in just a few minutes after close, i didn't know they were closed as the app said they were open. I had three different pharmacy employee's snap at me. I totally understand they were closed! However, there's no reason to even gang up on someone else like that! I would pick another location!

Yelp needs to update pharmacy hours, closes at 6 pm Saturday and Sunday. I asked Siri and got correct closing time

The CVS pharmacy is so poorly trained, overwhelmed, and understaffed. Be prepared for a ridiculously long wait and every excuse under the sun as to why your prescription is not ready.

I've only had two prescriptions sent in here. The first one, the tech couldn't figure out how to access my (common in my area) insurance. While this was annoying, the actual medication was inexpensive, so I just paid cash. My current situation is that a prescription--which I have waited SIX WEEKS for--was available yesterday but they reshelved it and now "may" get it by tomorrow. They left me a voicemail on Wednesday noon saying I had to pick it up "by tomorrow" or they'd reshelve it. 30 hours later, it's gone. Very very poor customer service. Re the six weeks, I recognize that some of this time was likely my provider's office, some might have been my insurance, but at this point, CVS knows I've been waiting weeks and they give me less than 2 full business days to pick it up? Their competition (who I usually use) allows several days.

After waiting in line at Walgreens for 1/2 hour just to be told we have to have an appointment to get a flu shot, we went across the street to CVS Pharmacy and were taken care of by friendly and efficient people. We love CVS! Don't go to Walgreens unless you have an appointment!

This is the closest pharmacy to my house so it's good for me especially when I have to work. Since I was diagnosed with diabetes I have to take meds consistently and it always helps not to have close calls.

Went in to get a COVID booster shot. The Pharmacy had no customers. The girl asked if I had an appointment I said no. My last booster, without an appointment, they gave me right there in 5 minutes. I can see now CVS is open for their own convince and screw the customers.

Long lines, barely existent employees, prices that are demonstrative of the current economic crisis and the inflation persistent to the health climate we are in and they so want to protect us from - but what remains is an attempt to serve. CVS is a benchmark for most insurance Rx cost basis - a respectable name in healthcare but is that enough?I waited over 20-minutes for the pickup line to cycle through only to be told my wife's prescriptions were not entirely there. They were in a cart the previous evening but I had to pick one up specifically for some reason. I figured since we didn't checkout they'd all be waiting. Nope. They shipped two without permission or communication and the remaining one was ready for payment and pickup. Ugh - people, patients need to know what's going on!!! Then when asking about the free KN95 masks, I was directed to the front where a lady helped me but the three masks I received weren't wrapped or anything. "Here you go!" Basically!Another local store that needs help in many ways.

If you need medications to stay alive then you should probably choose another pharmacy. This pharmacy seems so indifferent towards their customer's needs and welfare I can't help wondering why they even continue to operate as a pharmacy. One of the worst feelings in the world is knowing that you are not going to get a medication that you need because of a mistake your pharmacy made and knowing how sick you are going to get because of it. To make matters worse is how rude they are when you finally get past the phone bot and get to talk to an actual human being. I don't know if all CVS pharmacies are as terrible as the one on Lemmon Drive in Reno NV but this one is beyond just bad customer service. It's bad for your health which is ironic given the reason people go to CVS.

Horrible drive through pharmacy. Don't bother using it. Go elsewhere and save yourself at least 30 minutes every time you pick up your meds.

horribly unhelpful and not willing to take an extra step to help a retain a customer. All that was needed was to call the clinic and ask for the doctors first name , perhaps 1 minute of their time. Dismissed me like I didnt matter and said I was free to go somewhere else..Guess cust ser is dead and they never heard the saying its easier to keep a customer than to find a new one. Stay away from the one with pink hair..very rude and couldn't care less about you. Judging from all the 1 star reviews, I should have stayed away.Moving on.
