As a long time ALLSTATE customer, I did not have a satisfactory experience with this particular office. Recently relocated to Reno, requested a quote for a transfer of policy, the Representative assigned was not very courteous or willing to spend the time to go over all the breakdowns in order to make a decision. Left a message recently for the Rep to call back so that I could go over my spreadsheet and I am still waiting for the call. Maybe too busy, don't need the business?- anyhow, got in contact with a different ALLSTATE local office and got all my questions, coverages, prices needed in less than 30 minutes.

Do not use Allstate! They are a poorly organized insurance company that does not keep accurate records and when it comes to refunding money from a policy cancellation they are very slow to send the refund. I had to press them for it. Anything to get more money. I brought some issues up with the agent at Dana Morrison insurance and the agent started getting pissy with me regarding a mistake they made There's been several) I'll NEVER use Allstate or Dana Morrison agency again.

I've been with Allstate for over 15 years in total and with this office since moving to Nevada over ten years ago. If you want to feel like you are a person and not just a number I highly recommend them. During these past ten years I tend to ask to speak to Crystal because she is by far the best person I have ever encountered and tends to remember the details of her clients different situations. I've had good experiences with others, but honestly 95% of the time I'll wait for Crystal or a call back from her as my trust level with her is 100%. We recently moved to Texas and my new agent will have some big shoes to fill, but so far she seems up to the task. I'd like to publicly Thank Crystal and the entire team at Dana Morrison for the past ten years of outstanding service. -Steve

I have had a relationship with this Allstate office for years. I actually broke away from them, then to return and be happier now than before. Honestly, leaving them was a mistake in the first place, and I paid literally, for that mistake. I've closely worked with Angie, and I cannot say enough about her. She is kind, personal, professional and checks in to make sure we know we are valued as a client, as well as continuing to make sure we continue to have the best coverage at a great price. Their customer service truly is what keeps us with them. We are grateful to have a relationship like we do with Angie and Dana Morrison's office!

I got a letter for canceling my service back in October from this Agency hasn't even been three months and I was sent to collection, due date was the 29th of every month I just talked to Lesly Nuñez to get an explanation but I wasn't satisfied with the answer, somehow I was paying two weeks behind, weird thing same day I started renter's Insurance that I didnt need assuming was cheaper to combine it with Car Insurance anyway.I got a refund back for renter's Insurance and yet charged for Car Insurance.Not happy with this place

I have been with Allstate for 4 years and this location has great staff. They always get back to you within the same day with your answer to any question. Crystal is amazing and has great customer service. She get you the best offer possible.

i just switched my auto and renters insurance to these guys and they are the most amazing well educated insurance agents i have ever found they brought my rate down by 3x do you believe that well its true and i did it all from my phone they even canceled my other insurance company policy i would recommend them for all your insurance needs they just got a customer for life with me thank you antonio for all you did for me
