The dress fitting was very fun and the sales ladies are great at picking out dresses to pick your style and budget. It’s everything after that point that falls apart. The dress arrived a size too big, which was very clear from the baggy fit and pictures taken, however they refused to take responsibility and then I was forced to pay nearly the same price as the dress to alter it. When trying to ask for a smaller size rather than altering, they told me I wouldn’t fit in the smaller size and the manger grabbed the back of the dress and yanked it, saying that was what a smaller size would be. Obviously that’s completely arbitrary, aggressive and just plain rude. At that point, I was super uncomfortable and just wanted to leave so I paid hundreds of dollars to alter it. The altered dress fits fine, but not nearly as well as the original smaller size. I took it to a private seamstress who thankfully fixed it. Bottom line: I wish I had stuck with the original purchase but been very careful to take my own measurements and recorded the size - not just trusted them to do their jobs. And I do not recommend altering with them - take the dress elsewhere.

I got my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from here and they turned out perfect! My dress is beautiful, timeless, and looks stunning in the photos. My only note would be that the alterations are very pricey so I would maybe look somewhere else for your alterations, if you have time before your wedding, but overall it was a wonderful experience with David's Bridal.

Kim D and another young lady helped me on 6.24 around 4:45pm. Incredibly nice and helpful. They made my shopping experience so pleasant and efficient. Highly highly recommend

I initially came in to find a bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding in September. I was cheerfully greeted by the store manager who jumped into action helping me find the dresses that I wanted to try on. Each time I opened my dressing room door, she was there checking on me, seeing how I liked each dress and then giving welcomed advice or recommendations. I found and ordered the one I wanted within 20-30 minutes.
Then, before checking out, I mentioned that my wedding is in August and I might as well try on some dresses while I was there. This time she grabbed all her clips and I got her full attention, she helped me pick out a handful of dresses, try them on, and narrow down the search. The ‘wildcard’ that she picked out was actually my favorite one of the bunch!
This was arguably the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. Both women behind the counter were so kind, welcoming, and helpful.
