One of our phone lines at work went completely dead, and the other was experiencing a lot of static. I called at 8:30 in the morning, and they were here by 11:00 to fix the problem! Always professional, efficient, and friendly-highly recommend!

Dave and his folks at DCR are some of the most responsive and knowledgeable people I have ever worked with. Replacing our aging phone system went perfect. When I had to enable people to work from home DCR moved faster than I ever expected to make it happen. Their work on phone system, security cameras, and network cabling has been professional and always fast.

I hired Dave & Spencer to install hardwired security cameras at my home and the service was awesome! I researched various wireless systems (Arlo, Ring, Nest and a few others) but decided to go hardwired. Why? Even with fast internet/decent bandwidth the lag times for wireless cameras can be enough to miss an event. Dave and Spencer did place an internet-based recorder in my home, but I had the option to go DVR if I chose to. Also, the wireless cameras have batteries that need to be changed. I have zero desire to climb a ladder to reach 4 different cameras every time the battery died; so that was another reason I went hardwired. I am able to access my cameras from my phone, which I love. I had a friend refer me to DCR Telecommunications and I’m thankful she did. After install, one camera needed adjusting so Dave and Spencer promptly came back out and adjusted it. That right there showed how great their service is!

We have had terrible WiFi in our house for years. We reached out to DCR Telecommunications for help. Dave the owner came out to see what we needed and talked me through what I would need to greatly improve our WiFi. He gave us various options for great WiFi. We decided on the equipment to be purchased and Dave suggested that I purchase the equipment myself to get a better deal. Once the equipment came in, Dave, the owner himself, along with his manager came to the house to come up with a game plan for the install. Dave scheduled a day and time for the install. That day came and their install was nothing but clean and professional. Dave and his team went above and beyond and even helped us with setting up the system with names and passwords. DCR called us a couple of days later to make sure we were happy with our coverage and the installation. This company was not only professional, but more importantly honest and personal. I will be promoting this company to all of my friends and those I come in contact with for their communication needs. DCR gets a 5 star rating from me all day long.
