JOHN is incredible. I was sending something to INDIA. The dude stays after work for 30 mins to figure out how to send it. His co-worker is sick or something so he’s on his own. I have NEVER received customer service like this. Give the man a raise!! He an ace!!!!!!

Faith D. Was helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I had driven around to UPS, FedEx, and finally here to DHL for some international shipping that we had to do for work. I’m glad I found my way here so I could be helped by Faith!! The customer service is extraordinary.

I was informed by my office in Japan that my shipment was returned by without any reason. I come to the local office to ask what happened? John was very helpful and very nice. He explain everything in clear detail and was very proactive. I received my product less than a week later! I highly recommend DHL for international shipping!

Very strange. I was waiting for a delivery today. DHL delivery truck showed up today and stopped in front of my house. Few seconds later it drove away without attempting a delivery. And then tracking status page immediately changed to “Delivery attempted but no response at Consignee address”.

Terrible customer service. This is my 3rd time rescheduling a pick-up after I told them the window. The pick-up window was 4-6pm they showed up at 2:30 pm. No one was home.. I spoke to Camilla on the phone, and she was no help or reassured it wouldn't happen again. She did not care after I expressed to her how important these documents were. The conversation was awkward, and there was just silence after I expressed to her my frustration.The previous agent told me the window was 4-6pm come to find out he set it for 12pm to 3pm. Agents do not care to assist or value the importance of our business. Would give a 0 star at this point.

I had to do a package return to a London company that made me pay for shipment. I was so impressed with the speed with which DHL delivered the item to the States, I thought about using them for the return. I checked online and read a review that specifically mentioned an employee named "Faith" in the Reno office on Air Cargo Way noting how efficient and nice she was. And her manager replied with a selfie thanking the reviewer. It was all very appealing, so I decided to give them a try. Lo and behold, when I arrived at the DHL counter, Faith was my attendant. Shipping started at $170, but Faith repacked my item into a pouch, and it went down to $68. Now that's great customer service! Faith gave me the personal touch that made me not regret just going to USPS like I usually do. A good and genuine experience.
