It’s a decent store but the ladies god damn they keep following me and my friend making assumptions that we were stealing until he bought a nice shirt then I ended up getting profiled from across the store while looking for clothes I ended up spending $400 please train your employees better

Came in while l was waiting for my reservation nearby and since I love timepieces I figured I’d see what they had. Unfortunately I did not end up buying here after the way I was treated by the woman in watches. She had an accent if that helps narrow her down. Anyway I’m a Dillards card holder so there’s that. Secondly I was looking at a TISSOT that I was quite fond of and the woman made me feel like I couldn’t afford the watch and when I asked to try it on she hesitated to let me, and attempted to take it out of my hand when I reached for my cell phone to take a picture of it on my wrist insinuating that I was price shopping stating that it’d be the same anywhere in the world. I never even asked for price because I didn’t need to. Anyway I was very offended and yes I did buy it elsewhere KAY JEWELERS and I’m so glad I did without the discrimination and poor attitude. Beware of how you may be dressed or your race because I felt judged 100%. This associate was a horrible representation of your business.

The customer service here is abominable. In the last 4 months I have given this store multiple tries and every time I’m left disappointed. I come into this store ready to spend money, and I always end up leaving empty handed. The women’s shoe department is the WORST. There’s always at least 2-3 employees standing behind a desk and it’s my job to walk up to them and ask them for sizes. 8/10 times they don’t ever have what I want. And when I do, they drop them on a chair and I never see the employee again. There’s barely places to sit as almost all of the chairs or full of people’s shoes that never get put back. I used to work at Dillards, I know what the level of customer service should be, and this isn’t it.

I do like the selection in Dillard’s and the fact that I do most shopping here instead of Macy’s makes the point. I also tend to pay more here as most items are not on sale or discounted. This could be because I don’t know when they have sales. I also have more of a customer experience here than anywhere else, the service was everywhere and very helpful and attentive. Dustin in sunglasses was a huge help

2 stars for having everything I need all in one place but had to leave this review to share my severe frustration with how you are bullied into checking out at every single department
When I go shopping for myself and my girls, I end up spending more time in line than I do shopping.
It deters me from going here more often than not.
I understand they get commission but the customer service is so diminished when I am forced to check out every 20 steps for each item I get in a single section.

I worked there for almost two years, and management went downhill exponentially.
I was the only one in my department after a year, as everyone else quit and left. I basically ran juniors by myself for a good portion of 4 months, and ended up training my manager and coworkers for the department without being paid to do the job.
Making 3 dollars less than my coworkers, I asked to have my pay raised to match theirs as it was only fair. I was told to go full time to get the same amount of pay, but the others were at part time. I’d come in on my days off, do everything I could to help my department and manager out. The only appreciation I received was a fist bump from Jeremy or a high five from Daniel.
You’re treated like a number here, and the only real perk is the hour lunch. Granted, there are some people there who still work at Dillards who are absolute gems. But management needs a hell lot more than renovating. It needs to be rewritten.

Excellent Customer Service in Women's Plus Sizes, Our Sales Associate was Diane, she was amazing to be able to have a personal assistant to provide colors, styles of tops, to match two long Chells with crochet ties, & crimp puff style.
Both off white with a lot of Class, as Diane proceeded to match quarter length sleeves and keep my interest high. Diane has that personal touch to show quality clothes for special occasions,"Date night" or Casual Dress.
Brands are Democracy, Nurture, All Miles, Intro, Allison Daley, All true fit to sizes. Had a wonderful Clothing Shopping Day with a True Professional.
