The actual car buying experience was pleasant enough, but they promised a new visor as the one on driver's side wouldn't stay up. And a new stereo as the screen was damaged. It took over a month to get it in. As of now, they have had my car for 3 days. They won't answer my calls. My salesman said he would get back to me yesterday. I have texted, called, left VM all with no response. I called service dept. And he said he would get ahold of stereo place and contact my salesman. That was hours ago. Very very unprofessional and uncalled for. 3 days for a visor and a stereo? Not to mention the refusal to communicate and leaving me with no vehicle for 3 days!!
OK, I want to change my review. I now know that there was a huge change in service dept. management, and I came in at the wrong time. Josh is going above and beyond to make it right. Going as far as coming to get my car and returning it when serviced. I have to say that I am impressed. Reno Auto Warehouse is definitely where I would go to buy another vehicle.

Chewy you are the rudest ever. Whoever hired you i hope that your boss thinks twice about you. Do not ever underestimate a woman. Which you did. And even was derogatory towards your fellow employes. Thank God for Teddy and Omar and Beau for stepping up to the plate. You turned my humiliation and tears into the best day ever. Thank you for your service today which lead me to buying a car.
