“I love the staff here. All of the ladies are very kind. I do want to put in a complaint about the manager here. I think he is newer but I went in today to buy some yarn, and I overheard him harrassing one cashier lady that had been there for a long time. I think the tone and attitude he had towards her was not only unprofessional but also seemed very apathetic. Please treat your employees better. They are always so kind to me and everyone. I dont only shop at dollar tree for the great savings but also because of the excellent customer service they provide. Please treat them with more respect, they deserve better than that.”

I would knock it down more due to the service towards children after school, but I understand. It does feel obnoxious to be constantly accused of stealing or rushed and shouted to hurry up by CERTAIN employees when I'm just tryna decide if I want the queso ruffles or chesters fries but I honestly somewhat understand. A lot of thieves here and the kids go crazy here (I know from experience, I've witnessed old friends do it). So, I will keep the 4 stars.
Really cheap stuff and a nice selection. Just a pretty nice place to go overall if you are looking for cheap stuff.”
“It's our only store out here in cold springs. They have a little of everything minus fresh foods. They have saved me a drive to town on occasion. They usually have friendly staff at this location too!”
“The fresh new items balanced against the lack of consistency with out-of-stock and no longer available items is the yen and yang of shopping at the DT. I did have a new experience with the Dollar Tree. I ordered online. Unfortunately the item description did not accurately reflect the item I ordered Christmas buckets). I was shocked at how easy it was to exchange the item I ordered for the ones I needed (bigger Christmas buckets) that were now in-stock). The manager went out of his way to check the backroom for more as well.”
“I used to avoid this store because there was a single checkout and the line was usually really long. Since they put in a self check-out station theres hardly any waiting time. I think that was a great decision by them.”
“Today I went into my local dollar tree store on 7th & McCarran .. wow to my surprise the store is being remanaged by a lady that says she has a good crew now. They have cleaned up this store to the point I can say .. I’m proud of your work there and will not think twice on visiting again. Thank you so much for cleaning that place up!! I left one star off my rating, because of your front end ( registers are being ignored. The lines are pretty bad!! With 30 yrs under my belt with customer service in grocery and retail, I can tell you people will set their things down and walk away with our purchasing. The front end is your most important place in the store. Even if you have work to do in back, the customer does come first, they pay all of your wages. But in the end, I want to congratulate the new manager and crew for making this a desirable place to shop again. Thank you ???”

“Dollar tree is my go to for party supplies usually. I stopped at this location for work party decorations. It is a busy location. Lot's of folks had recently shopped as many party shelves were empty. I was looking for cowboy or rodeo decorations, which they didn't have, but we found some items to make do with.”

“Sooo after getting ourselves a puppy earlier in the am it was a must to go pick up some little items for the little ! The service was good. The two cashiers were very friendly. One assisted another as I assume she was newer. They have a small little pet section so my girls and their friend who also got a new puppy picked some really cute things. It's the $1 store so clearly reasonably priced!”
