No one ever welcomes you or even say hello the Cashiers are always rude.another thing is the store says it opens at 8 am online but they don't really open it till 9 I sat outside waiting and they won't even acknowledge you and say why they haven't opened when it should be open

What the heck happened to good old dollar tree. It's usually a disaster inside and I really don't like how they try to trick you and throw in the three and five dollar items so sad now they're even trying to trick us.

Lois. you should not be working the register , your customer service is below the bare minimum , the wait time in line is outrageous for a dollar store. Every customer that interacted with you left the store angry and upset.

Its dollar tree, I dont expect amazing anything. But almost every time ive been here, some staff is walking around outside and try to yell at those who can and cant park in front of dottys, they yell at customers constantly for using cash due to lack of change; maybe try asking nicely instead of yelling at the customer as they’re giving you their card already! They also openly complain about those who do not speak english. Its disgusting, do your job and stop worrying about that and maybe focus on the amount of shelves that arent stocked and are constantly in a mess.

I would give zero. The store manager and the cashier lady stole my cellphone and lied multiple times to my face. My phone was recovered after I called the police. Never agin. It was the short fat lady with long brown hair.

I came with my boyfriend who does not speak English. Everything was good... I found everything I was looking for....UNTIL I got to the male cashier Robert. He ignorantly blurted out "Is that your husband or something" I was was so shocked because that's none of Roberts damn business. Not only that ...the way he said it it was so discriminative. I probably will never go back to this place due to the discrimination I experienced. I put everything back also I don't put up with racism in any manner

Find solutions is always a better result. I was in with only cash.one dollar was ripped. Instead of saying no you can't buy cause that dollar is bad over and over maybe find a solution like using that dollar as change for the next person with cash. Mistakes were made on both sides. I reacted poorly to. Try to find solutions in the future instead of pushing a person to their fues end.
