The fresh new items balanced against the lack of consistency with out-of-stock and no longer available items is the yen and yang of shopping at the DT. I did have a new experience with the Dollar Tree. I ordered online. Unfortunately the item description did not accurately reflect the item I ordered Christmas buckets). I was shocked at how easy it was to exchange the item I ordered for the ones I needed (bigger Christmas buckets) that were now in-stock). The manager went out of his way to check the backroom for more as well.

Good customer service in my favorite dollar store. I hope they keep it there. That’s a great spot. It’s close to my house. Great customer service organized, and amazing

I've been going there for years one lady that works there is prejudiced against native American and Mexican-American what do the complaint to manager what is she always going out one person and not the other when they come in with a backpack to only one set of people and they left other ones go in with backpack at the same time. Don't care if she's prejudiced but not good for business profiling race company store no room for racism in a company you will lose business this way.

This store needs better management! The bathrooms don't work, employees and customers have to walk to near by store. And the AC hasn't worked in 4 months! The little ladys the do work there have little fans on them, but thats not enough! It was so hot while shopping!

The store seemed fully stocked and staffed. Clean environment and I also had the opportunity to speak with a friendly cashier.

Shelves were in need of stocking. Selection was limited. Line at checkout was short probably because not many people were there due to the fact there wasn't much to buy.

This Dollar Tree store is a good one. I can’t take any stars off! I can tell staff works hard to put out all of their stock. That’s what keeps me coming back. Yea it can be messy, but that’s ok. I respect the work it takes to keep this store going. And am satisfied with their variety, so I’m happy to help keep it going too. :)

I searched for a Dollar Tree that was close to the hotel I was staying at. I wanted to see what cotton yarn they had, they had all the colors that I wanted plus a new brand of pots and yarn I had not seen before. I was excited to get what I needed, and I saw a lot more that they have for Easter and other events. The store was clean inside and they had enough cashiers to make check out fast and smooth

I used to go here once or twice a week religiously 2018-2020. Then I moved pretty far so I didnt go there anymore. But now I live close again and let me just say WOW the staff is just a great as before. So courteous, polite, helpful and friendly. I always get my seasonings and stickers to put on the walls that have quotes and of course qtips lol I like the hygiene stuff and all the household cleaning supplies with all the great deals even for decorations. But I really, really have a big applause for the hard working staff that I'm sure has to deal with so much being in that area. You guys are great, keep up the great work (:

The entire time I was I'm this store I repeatedly heard the cashier call for security to stay vigilantly watching the cameras. After I gathered my items for purchase, I made my way to the front to check out. My total was 18.84. I had recently cleaned out my late fathers change jar and had quite a few $1 bills. I counted out 19 and handed them to the clerk. She reacted awkwardly saying she was not sure she could accept it. I asked if they were not currently accepting cash she replied they do. I stated it was cash which is legal tender so I do not understand the issue. She said she needed to speak to her manager and walked away with my cash. Less than 60 seconds later, she returned with the manager. The manager threw my money at me and said that it was 'counterfeit and just paper' while she was emptying my bags on the counter. I asked if she had not even used a counterfeit pen, why doss she think it is 'fake'. She replied, it's just paper so I don't need to. To defuse the situation and not waste the past hour I had spent in the store, took me quite a while as I am disabled , I ask if I could just pay with my card. She said no, get out of my store. I was shocked. I exclaimed that I had done nothing wrong to be treated in such a manner. Knowing she had told me to leave and that the situation would escalate out of hand if I pressed anything further, I left. Until today I had shopped at that location for about 20 years but never again. The more I think about it, the more illogical it becomes, 1. Who would print fake dollar bills? 2. Why would anyone with counterfeit money be shopping at Dollar Tree? 3. If she truly believed the cash was fake, why did she give it back to me? 4. Wouldn't there be a policy of contacting the police immediately because someone was committing a very serious federal crime? Never in my 40 years of life have I even seen an event occur like that in a retail store then it happens to me when I was completely innocent and respectful the entire time.

I have been coming here for years and this location is one of the smaller Dollar Trees. I come here mostly because it is on the way home from grocery shopping at Wally World and Sam's Club. Although I find what I need here most visits, the store can be very messy and disorganized so I always spend more time than I would like looking for items. The cashiers are pleasant most times but there are occassional "what the eff" moments when I scratch my head on how a couple of them would act toward customers. And unfortunately, I've also witnessed couple of staff argue with each other in front of customers.

I've been coming to this particular store for about 10 yrs. Although, I've been to other location's, I like this store the best. I can usually find what I need. The personnel are friendly and helpful if I have a question. The store is usually, the cleanest and most organized.
