Friendly help but the place was so filthy and very picked over. It looked as if it had not been stocked in some time. Everything was filthy from the floors to the shelves. No selection....

HIGHLY inappropriate evening team. Manager Beau pretended to shoot the cashier with a scanner right in front of my 5 year old son. Firstly this is not appropriate for a work place and definitely not appropriate to do infront of a child.

I like going to the Dollar Tree store because they have great deals (even after the $1.25 price increase). I dropped by the Kietxke location and was absolutely shocked at how organized the store was; the shelves are completely stocked, the isles are cleaned of debris and everything was orderly. Whoever is the (new) manager and the current crew are doing a good job; mad props.

Was great until the cashier tried to parent my kids for me but unlike her I kept my opinion to myself and didn’t confront her. I come here for bargains not so strangers can try to correct my kids. Especially when she doesn’t know anything about us and weren’t walking down the aisles with us. Today is my birthday and my children already asked me for a ballon before we hit the register. They used their manners but the cashier certainly didn’t when she told them to say please and thank you. She knew she was wrong too when she tried to backpedal and talk about being a parent and parenting herself. Just scan the items and bag them, no ones coming to you for anything other than that

One of the few Dollar Trees in the area that has product on the shelves instead of on carts jamming the aisles.

Thank you to Bo and the fantastic employees at Dollar Tree in Reno next to Joanne fabrics. I am so happy to have found more beautiful buttons for an art project. This is a five star button shopping experience and I will shop here again. Excellent customer service, clean store, great prices. Julie A

In the area, and realized I have never stopped into the store.Noticed the had paint brushes that would be useful to use with finishing the stain on the deck.Lots of candy and probably good to pick up if you were heading to the movies.Late in the day, and the store was not too busy.

Store manger Beau is a garbage human being. While stocking the shelves he’s talking about how he poisons feral cats proudly and intentionally. That’s a crime. He’s gross & so is this store.

Nico, the cashier doesn't like people who don't speak perfect English and who don't understand him. Especially in Spanish and Chinese culture. It causes him great discomfort that they do not understand his English.

I went to this store because it's walking distance and you can save quite a bit for some basic items. I picked up a few things and made my way to the cashier. When I got to the gentleman working there. I greeted him with a friendly "HI. How are you doing today". He didn't answer or look at me. After ringing me up, I realized that I forgot to get envelopes. I asked him where they might be located to save a little time. He said he said that he had no idea. It made me wonder if really worked there, or for that matter, if he actually worked anywhere. If you like the job, and don't like people, get out of customer service. You don't provide a service and soon, you won't have a customer.

It's a dollar tree ($1.25 tree). It got bumped for inventory. We ducked in for paper plates. They didn't really have any(but has tons of styrofoam plates). Disturbed person out front. But that's not a shock.

No shopping carts available… The only shopping cart that allows you to take your items to your vehicle, is loaded with junk by the front door. You can’t even use it. People such as me, that have disabilities find it helpful to take a shopping basket to the vehicle. Don’t mind returning it to the store. As I usually doStaff was helpful and the shelves were mostly stocked.

This is my first time in this store in quite a while. Although I was just running in for something quick, I must say it was very pleasant for the most part. There was a lovely young lady with curly hair stocking and running the register. She was polite, quick and attentive. Her customer service was amazing I was greeted on my way in and out.The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the fact the couple in front of me ended up paying with a $100 bill and when the cashier ask who I'm assuming was the manager, she snatched the bill and slammed the office door so hard in the young ladies face she jumped! This was disgusting. I felt so bad for her.TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!Sitting on her rear end with a line so long. The cashier handled it amazingly.Kootos to her.

I was in this afternoon, and an employee who was stocking the shelves was coughing his lungs out, with his mask down. Disgusting. Avoid this location if you don't want covid.
