I must say the sales team did a great job getting me into the RAM I wanted a couple years back. However, the service department continues to go downhill and I will no longer bring my vehicle here as all trust has diminished. It seems the advisors hate their jobs. Hopefully other shops will be able to service my vehicle as I purchased extended warranties.

My experience at Dolan Dodge was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a dealership service center! My Promaster broke down on a road trip and needed a new transmission. Shawn and Marlin were so accommodating and efficient and the technician worked hard even through his lunch break to work on my van. What could have been a months long endeavor took them less than 48 hours to sort out. Shawn promised he would get me home and he did! I am so appreciative and recommend them to anyone in need!

I gotta say this dealership was the out of all my experience with my past vehicle purchases. Max Grechko was absolutely incredible in helping me buy my first car. I had no idea where to start, but he walked me through everything step-by-step with patience, honesty, and real knowledge. He never pressured me, never rushed me, and made sure I understood every detail before making a decision.
What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about finding the right car for me—not just any car. He took the time to compare options, explain financing, and make sure I got the best deal possible. Thanks to Max, what could’ve been a stressful process turned into something exciting and memorable. I basically dislike auto sales, but we purchased a RAM truck and they are going to install step up side rails when they saw that my wife had a hard time getting into the truck after hip surgery.

I just have to say this place did us right for our first time here!!! Nery is an awesome salesman and catered too what we wanted and was patient with us as we went thru the Dodge trucks. The hardest part was finding the one we wanted since we was already pre-approved in advance!!! Finance guys was awesome as well!! Thank you for making our buy a joy today!!!

Worse company ever! Their word is shit. They ripped my husband off 😒 they rushed him signing a contract where they added 2900.00 extra! Their response was you signed it. Which is true, but he was rushed and they did NOT keep true to the verbal agreement. If I could give a zero, I most definitely will. A verbal agreement should be what it is.

I wish I could put 0 STARS! The service department has been nothing but disappointing and irritating. There has been 0 communication about what's getting done, and about if they are waiting for parts. My husband put this car in AUGUST 4, 2025 here we are September 15,2025 and its still in there. I understand parts may not be in but COMMUNICATE THAT. But this work should not take 1½ to do all of this. And when we call we get put on hold or told we will call you back and you never do. Me and my husband have had to go in for a physical update! And they just get irritated but they are the ones not anwsering calls or updating by calling us.

I had heard very good things about Dolan auto group but the reality was WAY better than the stories! We weren't even prepared to buy a van that night but working with Keith, Floyd and CJ made it a no brainer! They worked with us on every request we had for the van and made it the best decision and car buying experience I have ever had. Their whole team went above and beyond, even offering to walk to the market down the road to get our daughter chips when we went past dinner time! Bonus, Floyd hung out with us and gave us the local's list of where to go for the best food in town. I will absolutely go to them again for our next vehicle. 10/10, an amazing, no pressure, no hassle car buying experience that I will recommend to everyone for years to come. 2018 Toyota Sierra
