Was very disappointed in the availability of men's shoes here, the website showed they had a lot avaliable, but I wanted to try them on and buy I'm store, I came in and they had almost nothing avaliable I'm a 10 wide and found a total of 2 pairs of shoes in my size, I ended up going to zappos since I couldn't get any in store

My Wife bought a nice pair of heels for a special event. We received a used dirty pair of shoes that were very beat up. Additionally it came with the return receipt for whoever bought them first. Don’t buy shoes online unless you want hand me down garbage.

I really wish I could remember the young lady’s name who helped me, maybe Cam? but she was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me tonight. I work long hours on concrete floors and have been having no luck finding a decent shoe for my specific needs. My son Mike said she was with me for an hour and during that time she was very attentive and showed genuine sympathy and at no point was she pushing me to pick a pair nor did she try to up sale me into a more expensive pair.
I just wish there was a bigger selection for women’s work shoes.

I didn't find what I was looking for. The selection of size 11 shoes for women is kinda bare. They do not carry size 12 women's shoes. It's a shame because Reno has a very large tall women population. They are missing out. If you were a size 9 or smaller shoe size, obviously, you have no issues finding what you want here.

Great selection and good value! Nice program they have to collect discard shoes & refresh for donation. Best part was super cool staff who kindly let me finish shopping even though it was closing time. Bravo! Thank you! 🥰

I love my DSW in Reno on South Virginia St. they always have what I’m looking for and if not in store they can order it on line. And their “Soles For Souls” is one of my favorite charities I love being able to donate my gently used shoes once I no longer wear them. Gabby, the store manager; and her employees the day I came in are exceptional people another reason why I shop at DSW in Reno.
