Reno Running Co. at Lakeside is a great place to go! I was a first timer looking for a decent quality pair of running shoes so I could start running more frequently without killing my feet. Aldon and Scott at the lakeside location were so nice and helpful, and really spent the time to make sure that I got shoes that were perfect for my feet. 10/10 would recommend!

The employees here are so helpful and friendly. They had the Hoka’s I wanted so I could try them on, but not the color I loved. I ordered them and they arrived at my house in 3 days!

Reno running company and eclipse are the best places to find running shoes. They really take their time to measure your foot and assist you in finding the best fit for what you’re trying to achieve: walking, running, hiking, etc. The staff are also super nice and chill. I’ve been getting my running shoes every year at the shop.

Eclipse was the previous company name, established in 1994. Quality/Quantity - Got a new pair of running/walking shoes yesterday at their other location. And believe it or not, they had another pair in my size here! I did not buy it as I want to break the first pair in. I also saw the one I am replacing here, lol. If you are following, you already know I have been shopping for a new pair of Hoka shoes. And I finally found a place that had what I needed and wanted. They actually had my size! Thank you. I did not know Hoka also made slippers...? Might have to get one in the future also. My wife also got a pair of shoes yesterday and put another pair on hold in their Sparks location. Future review to follow. I guess we will visit all three locations in a week! This location is smaller than the one we visited yesterday, but still has a decent selection of high end good quality shoes for running and walking. Atmosphere - Clean and well organized. Obviously supports the running community, see all the pictures. Open 6 days a week from 10am to 5pm or 6pm. Closed Sundays. Bathroom for customers, I did not use it. Water fountain and water bottle refill station. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Self service here today, the team member was busy helping others. Two team members helped us yesterday in the South Reno location, both were good. But Scott stood out. I watched him help others, then my wife, and then me. He is very passionate about his work. And an amazing hard worker. They are also willing to order for you if needed. And match prices. Price - My wife paid, but I think we spent approximately $250 there, not including the shoe we will pick up at Sparks. It pays to pay for quality. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1994 - 2021 with the new owners and with your 3 locations. It's so great to see small local businesses thrive. Support local!

Came in to look for some new shoes to start my pt/running journey. The younger guy that helped me (so sorry I forget your name) was wonderful!! Helped me choose the right shoe for the way I run, and the support I need. Even looked up some different colors for me, and ordered them to my house. Could not recommend this place enough!

I went in and got helped immediately, by the very attentive by Alden. It took a bit of time- (they have tools to get a really good measure of your feet), but I walked out with a shoe I am very confident will last the remainder of my Army training. I tried on a few different shoes and learned what I need to look for in the future and a trick for tying my shoes. There is a military discount!

I picked this place based off of the great reviews they had and the fact that there was a treadmill in the store that I could really test the shoes out on and it definitely did not disappoint. Chris was the only one there but his customer service and attention to detail to every single person who walked in the door was not something you experience anymore in our society. I was there for about an hour, and during that time there was no less than at least three people needing his attention at the same time, and he made every single person there feel like they were priority. He gave everybody options and took the time to help them find exactly what they were looking for. In a time where customer service is severely lacking, the experience I had at the store was a very pleasant breath of fresh air.
