I am going through probably the hardest time in my life. My long-distance best friend decided to send me an Edible Arrangement. Jessica came to my work to deliver it and I immediately started crying when I saw it. She took a beat, asked if I was okay, and asked if I wanted a hug. I almost said no, but I realized that was what my friend would want and accepted. She then asked if I wanted to be in the delivery picture that would get sent to Jenea. I said yes and tried posing with tears in my eyes and my hair lookin crazy, but Jessica said no maam. She helped me take a breath and fix myself up (as much as she could LOL) and then took my photo. Jessica, you have no idea how badly I needed that hug, that picture, and those kind words. I cannot thank you enough. Edible Arrangements, I don't know what type of employee recognition programs you have in place at your company, but Jessica deserves all the accolades.

Not meant as a walk-in store. They had a 8 x 11 sheet of paper with few selections and if you wanted more, they said go to the webpage. Wound up buying flowers again.

Wow!!! This store has earned my business back. I had an experience this Valentine’s Day that wasn’t the best. My issue was resolved in a very fast manner so I was upset , but they made the wrong right with a refund. I just had the manager, Felipe come to my door to personally apologize for the bad experience I had. He went above and beyond to make it right. I owned my own business and understand things do happen, he was so kind, truthfully sorry for what happened, and again, went above and beyond for his customer. I am so happy that there are managers like Felipe that will take the time to personally make a wrong right. Thank you, Felipe. I love edibles and was sad I wouldn’t be purchasing edibles anymore, but I will continue to purchase edibles at the Reno store.

My mother in law recieved these on valentines day. This is from the same day they were delivered. This is embarrassing. After spending so much money, we expected more.

The cake was reportedly delicious and cute. The delivery service not so much. Apparently, the weather was rainy and cold. The delivery person requested the recipient pick up the cake outside at the delivery vehicle! Not the type of service or attitude expected for a surprise birthday treat.

I have given/received Edible Arrangements all over the US and have been very happy with the product...but WHY IS THE ONE IN RENO SO AWFUL??? The fruit is old and/ or it is not ripe. This is the 3rd time someone has gifted me an arrangement- and it is BAD. I am now telling all friends/relatives to NOT order me anything from this store again- big waste of money. This review is ONLY in regards to Reno,NV store.

I live in California. Ordered a huge fruit and chocolate covered fruit box to my parents in Sparks Nevada and my parents got sick. They said the fruit tasted that the y were fermented. Never ordered again. Be careful mom was hospitalized, pumped ther stomach.

Went online to place an order and it said it couldn’t process my credit card due to system issues. Went in person yesterday and they took my order after the girl told me the system probably shut down due to so many orders for Valentine’s Day. The lady who helped was extremely nice, but put in the delivery address incorrectly (even though she read it back to me correctly) after her computer crashed and she had to restart it. The delivery driver called me extremely rudely and was frustrated that the address was a “little shack” and not the business he was delivering too. He said he was at an address on Greg street. I explained that the cross street is Greg street (thinking he was lost) he then screamed at me and said “next time don’t tell the ladies the cross street. Don’t even mention it.” To which I replied “I didn’t mention it, I’m just letting you know it’s the cross street. I never said Greg to her.” And he said “well, I’m just letting YOU KNOW that the address is wrong.” Which was extremely rude. I am the first person to understand people have bad days, but that should never reflect as awful customer service. I appreciate the call, but a little more patience and understanding might help in this situation in combination with nicer words. I called the office and the poor girl who answered the phone said she would let her manager know. I reviewed my receipt and she put the address as GLENDALE not LINDA. I have no idea where Greg even came from. The driver sent me a text saying he delivered it and wanted to apologize for the confusion and thinks the girl heard Glendale. Which would have been fine, had I not been screamed at and talked to so rudely.
