Very straight forward store with a very knowledgeable and friendly owner. Prices for mattresses & electronics are better than expected and the delivery crew is outstanding.

Brad the owner is so nice our first mattress was too soft and within 30 days we were able to change it out for a different one it only took a week for the exchange which is pretty fast during Christmas time. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone. He's a great guy very polite he's been in the business for a very long time and Knows his stuff. So if you live in the Fernly area and are in need of furniture and mattresses go see Brad he won't do you wrong.

Brad runs an excellent business. Got me set up on an amazing serta Cali King. I was sold and out the door for the mattress box frame and sheets plus delivery at an amazing price. Anywhere else this same set up would be well over $2000. He's got my business going forward. Delivery crew didn't mess around with set up and as soon as I finish up here I'm going back for a professional grade nap. Can't recommend Encore enough!Alex Treuel.

Owner did bait and switch on me regarding $100 sheet sets. Try sheets made in Cina for Target stores. MSRP $40 a set. Waited two months to get messed over. Sheets don't even fit mattress correctly.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The first bed I got was good. But two years later went to buy two beds and one was delivered a week later with a huge rip on the side of it and still has not replaced not sure when it is going to be then my second bed delivered over 2 weeks from date of purchase being the wrong mattress and over week and half still not delivered. Was always told be here on Monday. But not. Brad the manager is extremely rude and short with me for asking when my beds will be right. I paid $1100 for a twin and a full and service is horrible. I will never send any business his way. Brad is a fake and has no customer service values at all. Still waiting for my full mattress to be replaced a month later. Please shop else where where you don't have to wait forever for your right beds.

We purchased a mattress and a complete bedroom set. We were told we would have bedroom set by End of August. It's now end of October, no bedroom set. Every 2 weeks Brad keeps saying it's another 2 weeks. He's awful at communication. Replies very childishly for being a businessman. I'm tired of excuses. I told him I want to return mattress tired of waiting for furniture. He said we paid 2,000 for mattress I showed him receipt of 1,400. Now it's November 10-12th.

We moved from the East Coast and were staying in a hotel while waiting for our rental to be cleaned up so we could move in. We needed a queen and a twin bed immediately. We stopped into Encore Mattress and met Brad. He made us a good deal and promised the mattresses to be delivered to our rental the next day. He made good on his promise. I kept him in mind for future business. The home that we were having built was completed about 6 months later. We were in need of a King size mattress and were so happy with the queen size bed he sold us, we went back to him for our new bed. Delivery and set up of that bed was seamless as well. Now that we were in our dream house, I wanted to have our stereo system set up and run wires for 4 additional speaker zones. He had Gordon Fava of Fava Industries come to the house and do the work. Additionally, Brad lent us a stereo rack to use until the one we ordered came in. When it came in, Brad had it delivered and Gordon came and installed everything that was necessary. We are very happy with the value and service from both Brad of Encore Mattress and Gordon of Fava Industries for their work and would deal with both of them again!!!

Bad experience - owner is rude, a bully, and lied to me. I think because I'm a woman he thought he could walk all over me. He said in an email that he wasn't going to have his installer program my Universal Remote because I wouldn't understand how to use it! He also said I HAD to buy a Bose sound bar to hear the sound from the TV, to which I replied I couldn't believe that they made the new TVs with no sound. His installer was in on the scam because he didn't turn on the TV until he hooked up the sound bar. When owner said the above comment about the Universal Remote and I could return the Bose if I didn't like it, I disconnected the Bose from the TV, and guess what - there was perfect sound. Every time I talked to him he badgered me about buying his $349.00 Universal Remote, even tho the Bose had come with one. Then he said I needed the extended warranty for $220.00, which I bought but now he won't give me any paperwork on it. Then he had the gall to say he hadn't made any money off me, and I didn't even get the TV I wanted, a pedestal one that would fit on my stand, but delivered one with legs, so the installer had to go to Lowe's and buy a board to put the TV on. He also sells mattresses and my sig other overheard him tell his mattress deliverer to put a new bag on a returned mattress and since the customer was in a wheel chair he wouldn't notice he's not getting the expensive new mattress he bought!... Zero respect for people who speed through school zones. 17 Kids have been hit in our area in school zones and your driver is driving through a school zone as if he has no time to care for the lives of our areas children.

The show room was really nice. It has a homey ambiance and the staffs are bunch of warm people too. I loved going around their store. And it did not take me a long time to find the bed I was looking for.

Responsible staffs and owner. They guide me and my family through the kids’ collection when we said we wanted something for our children but the remarkable fact is that, they just introduced the product to us and explain all of their features but never forced us to avail all of it. Got a new double-decked bed for the kids and they really love it.
