Enterprise Rent-A-Car exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. I really appreciated the flexibility and professionalism throughout the rental period. I’ll definitely be choosing Enterprise again for future rentals — highly recommend!

I'm writing this as a typically, loyal to Avis customer... I recently had to hire a car from this location (due to insurance covering it) and I was very happy with the service here. Jenna (Genna?) in particular was very helpful, got me into a decent car/better car than my insurance would cover. Nice, clean car. Pick-up/drop off to the repair shop too. Will def. consider using Enterprise int he future based on this interaction.

Yall have very likely lost one very loyal customer and over a $25 charge.
It isn't the money. It's the principle. It could have been $0.01 and I'd feel the same.
I absolutely do not appreciate being told one thing in person and then seeing something different on my invoice. This is especially true when I had brought up the possibility of this charge so that I could correct the issue (add a little gas) at the time of drop-off.
I'm a little old school and don't appreciate this way of thanking patrons for their, up to this point, loyalty.

I can't believe how great this particular location is. They'll go out of their way to get you a car you like. And everyone is really chill - great vibe and great customer service.
Always my first stop for rental needs.

We had to return a Nissan Rogue because the car needed an oil change. It drove well otherwise. We picked another vehicle with no problem. Thanks

First I gave two star because I was ask so much questions to rent a car at the location the manager there ask me for pay stubs my name of my job all this, And rented from enterprise for many years never went through this, I have my own car, was just going to Las Vegas, had to give my life history, if you don't use a credit card please don't go here they ask you your entire history, only person was friendly was the guy on the phone, I learned my never again to rent here.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I rented a car through enterprise only because that's who my insurance agency partnered with. I only had the car for 5 days, but am being charged 9 days since it was returned on a holiday weekend. I spoke with both Cameron and Justina who were both very rude and not helpful in getting a refund for the unused days. They just magically dont call you back, then blame the customer for not doing THEIR job for them.I would never recommend using Enterprise, and especially not this location. Horrible customer service!

I rented from enterprise in Salt Lake city. Used a prepaid debit card no problem it was so easy. Was told a debit card was fine here in reno. It was not. So my friend has a debit from a bank he offered to rent it for me. Nope. They want nv energy bills and another bill with your address. Not to mention your first born and a kidney. I only wanted to rent a car not get the run around. So now I can't go meet my great grandkids. Thanks for nothing enterprise. You should be more upfront with your policy's. The girl lied and said she left a voicemail on Friday. No my voicemail is full, she should have sent a text. U lost money and customers im telling everyone of your poor service. Of my horrible experience because of enterprise. Nothing you can say or do can rectify the situation your company caused.

Hasib was amazing, in and out in less than 15 minutes. Did a thorough walk around and inspected the car w/ me, gave me upgrade options.

The staff where great and helpful. I did not any issues with my rental. When I was done they offered me a ride home.
