Easy to book it online. The staff was super helpful when I showed up for the first time trying to find my unit. Very clean facility and they offered carts to use as well which was super handy.

ALL VALUABLES STOLEN - no one watching cameras
Even though someone at the front desk, watching the cameras, they are not watching, my unit had the lock picked, entered, and stole everything valuable. This happened to numerous units according to Reno police. No compensation from storage unit no refund of money no apology. Do not think your things are safe here.
Spoke to corporate to try to get the money back at least for the time from when the items were stolen until I found out which was about eight months. Although the storage unit knew about the thefts, they never told the people that had the thing stolen. Absolutely complacent.
The answer from corporate was to not store anything valuable in a storage unit. Well, I get the fact that maybe it wasn’t the best call but anything people are storing in the storage unit is valuable because why would anybody pay to store something that’s not valuable.
This place is just a giant corporation owned by venture capitalist and giant corporate companies. Do yourself a favor and walk away to a different place.
There’s no point in having someone at a front desk and cameras, that they’re not watching or not doing anything. To be able to pick numerous locks and Rob storage units when someone’s not watching a camera is absolutely unacceptable.
Look at the generic answer to this review, that’s what you’re gonna be dealing with. Call them to talk to somebody who doesn’t give a crap and we’ll do absolutely nothing. No thank you

Loved how easy it was to access the unit and site. Beautiful building! Only thing I wish they had when I was here was a cart but they were decently busy when I came in.
