This location is great. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful along with being clean and well maintained. Sierra helped me through the whole thing and made the experience nice and enjoyable. Highly recommend here for anyone needing a storage unit.

They force you to use their cylinder locks and the second month my unit was broken into on the second floor. The thieves had keys which is super frustrating. The interior is not secure, they got in through the main door and had keys to all the units

I was so happy I got a unit space with this Extra Space Storage. I was excited to have drive-up to indoor garage facility where I can load/unload so I don't have to worry about the weather condition outside. I called the store manager on Saturday close to closing about my sign-up problem and Han helped me and fixed it up for me. Thank you.

How can you have someone on staff who is so incredibly rude. Michele is nothing but a bully and has terrible customer service. My mother in law uses your storage facility and after she was informed how rude Michele was, she will be coming this weekend to clear out her unit and she will be using another facility. Very disappointed with this location.

This is one of the best storage in town , easy access coming off 580 neat and clean , plenty of lighting, I referred all my family and friends here that are in need of a place to keep their extra things ,, if there were more then 5 stars Extra Space Storage would receive them all...
