Have to have something prepaid, so this is basically just a drop-off. If that's the case, it's better to schedule FedEx to come and pick it up. What's the point of this? Should have an option to pay for new orders here or print out a label....

Conveniently located. Professional and courteous staff. Ample parking. Never had any issue with this location. And now, it's my favorite location because of the self service machine where you can scan your package and get a receipt without having to stand in line (unless there's a line to use the machine - never happened to me). If only all FedEx locations had this machine, but I guess it's due to the sheer volume that this location processes.

Very helpful to have FedEx drop off at Walgreens as no FedEx store anywhere close in South Reno.

I came in on a busy afternoon but was immediately greeted in a cheerful manner by Nancy. She said she was filling in at this location from another store, I believe she's a manager at her location and you can tell why. Not only did she greet me right away, she continued greeting other guests as they came in. I needed to cancel an online print order and redo. My online order wasn't ready but instead of asking what I wanted to change another employee told me it wasn't ready because the order was only placed an hour ago. Instead of being negative Nancy jumped in to help find a solution and make sure I had exactly what I wanted.

I've had to return some satellite equipment recently. My satellite provider didn't give me all the info I needed for the FedEx clerk to access the records. On both occasions they clerks were able to work around it and get the shipment out. They were efficient and friendly and I much prefer coming here than going anywhere else.

Weird experience as others have reviewed as well. I stood in line for what seemed like a long time (about 7 minutes) just staring at staff. They appeared to be in conversation with each other so I wanted to be respectful. I finally said excuse me and was told they would be a few minutes. There was only 2 other folks in store and maybe 4 employees...

Julia was such a huge help. I couldn't have done it without her. She is so knowledgeable, professional and kind. She was so patient as she helped me print from my phone. She then waited for me to read and sign the document and scan and email it. She definitely went above and beyond. We even kept her late past closing. At no point did I feel rushed. I had some problems and she pleasantly assisted me every step of the way. She is the embodiment of knowledgeable and exceptional customer service. She is truly a great asset to this store and your organization.

Why can't FedEx improve the service model in these stores? Starbucks can take orders and have then waiting for customers to grab and go. Jimmy John's does the same. Local restaurants have similar systems in place, as do many local service based businesses as well. Yet FedEx, with all its efficiency and automation, cannot figure out how to do this for their customers, and this location in particular can't seem to even efficiently service a small number of customers quickly waiting patiently in a queue. I've been using the online ordering system for small cover stock signs. While it's easy to upload, order, and pay, it's beyond frustrating to pick up! The store manages to get everything done at or before the promised time, yet when you get there you'll be asked to wait almost 15 minutes just to get your finished pieces. To rub salt in the wound, on multiple occasions I've observed several employees who are seemingly wandering around in the back while a longer queue is forming, making no attempt to provide service to those who could be helped quickly.Something has to give here. Fix this please. Today I actually asked the people behind me if they come to the store often and experience this and it was a unanimous yes. The only upside is that my prints look great, so I keep sending them!
