I went to a FedEx store to get passport photos done. My wife’s photo came out great but mine didn’t. I finally settled on one but just wasn’t comfortable that the passport office would accept it. Went back, tried again the next day, still no joy. They called another store in Midtown, went up there and took multiple photos, one of which looked acceptable. They didn’t charge me anything extra and went to a great deal of effort to get the pics right. I appreciate the effort they went through and as far as I know, the passport office is fine with it. Very good customer service!

I stopped by to get copies of some important papers and was having some difficulties. I tried getting help by 3 different employees and none of them took the time to explain how to do it. They kept passing me off to one another. I finally just left. If you do customer service than do customer service. Just saying
