FedEx is the most unprofessional and unorganized shipping company in the world. A driver from Blake Express decided to slam my $2,200 weight rack on my driveway breaking open the box on the bottom and damaging parts inside. I called FedEx customer support and they told me it was the shippers fault that the driver damaged my package and to file a claim with them. I cannot comprehend how it is the shippers fault. Blake Express does not take responsibility for their drivers actions.

By far the worst delivery service. Missing one box out of 4 and sending them an email of it missing, and this is the incompetent thing they sent me. See the picture. Wtf kind of question are those.

Is there anyone I can talk to who directly works at this FedEx facility ? The costumer service line is horrible, nobody helps. They just give you the runaround and tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. Someone please contact me!

My package was supposed to be here nearly a week ago. Today is a Thursday the 27th. I keep being told my package will be here the next business day, yet the app shows they haven't even attempted to deliver it for 7 days now, since the 21st. The app still lists the expected delivery date as last Monday, the 24th. The package has left the east cost and has now been stuck at the Sparks, NV. location all this time.

By far the worst delivery service in the country! I dread it when something is being shipped FedEx. I never know where my package will end up. One thing I can be almost certain of is that it'll never end up at my house. They either throw it in the mud at the end of my driveway or place it next to a tree somewhere or they deliver it to the neighbors. I've gotten countless notifications that my package has been delivered, but it never shows up. They have the laziest, unprofessional drivers in the business.
I wish businesses would stop using them all together and they would go out of business.

Fed ex in sparks has had several packages of mine for days now. Whats up? Do-they not have drivers? One package was there then went to tracey ca and then back to sparks nv. Still no packages.

Repeatedly this facility has destroyed or sent back packages claiming they were illegal. Use anyone else when having sporting goods shipped, or risk the wrath of snowflakes.

Don’t use Fedx there drivers are laze they won’t use GPS if they can’t find a places. Waited 6 days to get my package the first delay was due to weather (it was sunny and bright all day) second delay was because he couldn’t find the address and the third delay was the same I offered to meet the driver and was told that he couldn’t come today because I was upset.. What a bunch of snowflakes!!
