Had a horrific experience with a FedEx driver that was supposed to deliver my package to my home and get a signature. For days they never showed up, my camera footage or lack thereof is proof. I finally had my package re-routed to this store and the clerk was super helpful, he gave me some options for next time and explained a few things that were sort of disapointing but helpful. Gave me some hope. I will use them again. As for home (door) delivery for FedEx, I never plan on using them again.

Try to find a missing package that was supposed to be left For me to come pick up with the manager two days ago made arrangements for today. Package is not there. Package is being sent back to sender. Nobody knows what’s going on. Total, garbage ridiculous worthless, clueless, terrible joke.

Took a package in on May 22nd, two weeks later there’s no tracking. Impossible to call and talk to someone. Went to the store to find out where my package was. Clerk was dismissive and informed me that all packages had gone out and I would have to get back on the phone to call. Customer service is pretty much nonexistent. I will never chose FedEx has my shipper of choice

There’s a worker/manager here named Colton that provides excellent customer service. We at Crunch Fitness have been using this location for about a year now and the service will continue to have us coming back! We order big orders all the time, and the prints always come out perfect and timely. Overall, this location does a great job.

Bobby proactively took care of not only all my needs with excellence, he kept the conversation going and communicated with waiting customers to set their expectations on wait times - seeing if there were any quick needs.

My daughter received the wrong floating TV stand from Amazon, a 50lb wrong stand and we needed to return it. Instead of driving to the main fed ex shipping location we went here at the corner of Neil Rd and Virginia St, as we were going to Whole Foods next door already. We got it in the door together, and that was no problem with having an automatic door for wheel chair access, a nice gentleman was coming out at the same time we were entering so we didn’t use it but sure is good to know they have one. As soon as we were in the door, Wendy took it from there. She was very very polite, professional and an ideal customer service representative that any company would be proud of. We were unprepared and did not have the address label printed, but that was no issue for Wendy, she showed ushow to send it to her to print out and while we were typing in our info, she was applying white out stickers to the floating TV stand previous shipping labels, so we didn’t receive this heavy thing again by some weird mistake. Before I could run to the car for my tape for the printed address label, Wendy was already taking care of it. I just can’t tell you how nice it was to do business with Wendy’s help. You just don’t get customer service like this these days, but if Wendy is working, you will.

Worst experience, staff doesn't know how to help customers, zero customer relations and when they do you ask they laugh at you behind the counter unprofessional behavior I will never come here again.

I'm not very good with all the new printers and the self service part of doing my printing. I was at this store and the very kind and helpful lady took care of me. She showed me how to use their system of self printing. I will come back to this store for all my printing and shipping needs.
