The return policy is horrible. My fault for not paying attention to the fine print. A project that took way longer to complete affected my bathroom project. Bought everything at the same time, needless to say my wife made a change to the bathroom set up. When I called to ask about items I need for the change whether they would have it in stock and about returning items I bought the guy says yes they will have it in stock and will take the items back as long as they weren't installed. Not the case. Nothing in stock. The cost of the new parts needed are pretty hefty and I'm now out aver a grand... will not recommend this place. Will not be using this place. Home Depot sounds good now.

My Kitchen and Bath Designer recommended Ferguson and, specifically, Mindi Seidel (Hynek), sales consultant. Mindi was great from the start. She helped me find my preferred JennAir line of kitchen products. Then, when we discovered that the JennAir Induction Range was no longer available, Mindi quickly found a Bosch substitute that was also the right size for my kitchen. (Problem solved.) Much later, when I was registering products, the online JennAir agent asked for a photo of the model number on the Hood, which I could not find on the installed product. Once again - here's Mindi, to-the-rescue: "Can you take the grates out of the hood and take a picture of the serial/part number that way?" Yes, I could! (Again, problem solved.) Mindi has always been willing to answer questions even after products were installed. It is so helpful to be able to stay in contact with the same sales person. I am very grateful for the good customer service at Ferguson in Reno.

This place is a disaster. I ordered some bath items - was told at the time everything was in stock, and would be in on a certain date. When I called to check on the delivery of a heavy item a few days prior, with my install contractor on board for the delivery date, it was obvious my inquiry was a big pain to them - no tracking, they just kept my $$, and told me they hadn't heard back from their "eta team" (yes, they have a whole team to ponder estimated time of arrival). On the day the heavy item was due - alas, they found out the item was actually not in stock, but I could get it in 6 weeks or so. (This was found out only after I made a complaint on their survey site). No apologies, nothing, except they could order it from build.com, but I'd have to come up with additional funds, as they can't transfer the $$ from the other order. I could have ordered the item from a big box store, and had it here ahead of time. Don't waste your time with this place. Terrible customer service. I cancelled the Ferguson order, but no refund yet. Waiting....

Ferguson/Build.com was recommended to me by an interior decorator. I spent $30K+ on new appliances, etc. for a house I was building. One of the appliances was defective and I spent two months trying to get them to replace it. I was given the run around and told that it was my fault for not opening the box to inspect it within thirty days of delivery. Why would I open it if I wasn't ready to install it? I finally had to have an attorney write a letter. Within a few days, they magically had a replacement. I will not be shopping at Ferguson/Build.com again and strongly recommend that you don't either. The interior decorator, a family member, will not be recommending them either.

Many thanks to Mindi Hynek at Ferguson for her exceptional customer service! We have been doing some remodeling around our house since we moved in, and she has provided us with excellent ideas and top notch service. Mindi has made the remodeling much easier this time around for us with the additional support she has provided. Ferguson has a wide selection of high quality products at a good price. We have purchased products from them before when we remodeled our last house. No issues with shipping or damage. Any problems have always been resolved immediately. Mindi - thank you for your outstanding service!

What a continued mess. 1. The tub that was said to be made in Portugal is made in Poland. Faucet they could not get, I got it, made in the USA. He said it was made in China. The manager was supposedly going to respond to me, I emailed twice no replay. The tub was delivered today, Friday and I asked for next Monday. If I ever need to do this again, I will go elsewhere. I will tell everyone I know, go elsewhere. They appear to don't care about the customer.

In Northern Nevada, Ferguson is the place to go for a huge selection of kitchen and bathroom fixtures and lighting. They have a large showroom where you can see many of their products. Their sales representatives are knowledgeable and helpful. We are looking forward to working with them on our house!

Very poor follow up and customer service. I've left 4 messages to finalize my order. Can't get a call back or return email. I guess they don't want my order for sinks and faucets. I can spend my $$ elsewhere with a business that wants to make a sale.

I went in yesterday,I have been looking all over for chandelier , the employees were so nice especially Meghan! She sat down with me and was so patient! I found a beautiful chandelier! Thank you Meghan!,,,,,
