I just made the change to Ferrelgas in the fall after having been with one company since 1985.Owing my own tank. 150 gallons, my last fill with the old company at almost $600.My most recent fill with Ferrelgas was just about $200.The delivery driver made it a breeze.Never looking back ?????

I have never had an issues with Ferrell Propane. I only wish when I call I would get someone local in CA. Everyone is nice though. My only issue is I don't use enough Propane and I call in. You're always awesome yet it appears since fires destroyed so many tanks you want me to get a smaller tank. My rent will be due mid summer so I purchased my own tank in the meantime. This will open opportunities for me to shop around for Propane. I hope you continue to be my people!

Very disappointed last week, The propane tank was empty, had to call the service comp. for my furnace, thinking it was the furnace, he repair guy came after checking everything, he ask me where the propane tank was, he went outside trough the snow and came back and told me that there was NO propane in the tank, paid him $89.00And called Ferrelgas, after a few hours they came and filled the tank, in the mean time it was cold in my place all day, I asked for my money back and have not heard a thing, terrible that a big company can’t even write me back, how can the propane tank be empty to begin with, it is filled a on a regular basis!Hendrica young

Long time customer I asked to get my tank filled I was told it would be 7 days before they get to it. I called another company it was filled the next day, I cancelled with Ferrell gas they showed up the next day and the driver put 1 gallon in my tank and I got a bill for over $50

Ferrellgas has not delivered again the second Christmas in a row. Put in an order twice now earlier this month and they said it had been delivered earlier this month and close the ticket and yet here we sit at 10% on Christmas Eve. Their lack of service follow-through and just general good customer service is nonexistent. As of the first of the year, I will be switching from them to another well deserving company in the area that hopefully can restore my faith in natural gas companies. Ferrellgas, you've lost your last opportunity and I'm moving on. You've lost a customer for life.

Waited a few weeks for someone to call back to see about starting service. I live in a mobile park and a good majority of the park uses them. Finally a call back and the lady was rude and said we can't service you. When asked why since everyone else had your service she says I don't know but my manual says no travel trailer. Lol stupid, no questions asked nothing, hello they are all travel trailers around me lol. I'll take my service some where else because you obviously do not want it!!! And you need to teach your employees customer service!!

I have been a loyal longtime customer and have been totally satisfied with their service up to my last delivery. The reason I went with them is because they would fill my 5 gallon tanks along with my 250 gallon. This time they left my 5 empty and left without even a note or reason. I will be shopping for my next delivery.

Customer service was great when we started using Ferrellgas - call the local number get a live human being in the local office. Now they seem to have taken a cue from their largest competitor and send you to an impossible to navigate automated phone system then get someone in a call center that can’t answer your questions.

Great customer service. Our delivery driver was great. Would recommend using Ferrellgas for any propane service. Price was a bonus too. Keep up the great job!

This is a company that penalizes customers who conserve energy, if you get a 120 gallon tank from them, you have to use more than 130 gallons a year, or you are penalized financially.Think twice about going with this company for your propane needs.

I dropped off a damaged tank to be replaced, the lady in the office took my information and said they will call me back when they have a replacement, then told me to leave the damage tank in the office that day, the company I work for approved to pay the 200 for the new tank. So I did that back before September 2022.Fast forward to today, we’re down a tank, no call, just silence on their end. A waste of time

I have been calling for service since December 2022 it is now March 2023. They still have not come. Every time the driver "tries and fails" they cancel my order without letting me know. I have called every 2 weeks, now I am dangerously low and they do not care! Choose someone else! The Account Manager Chris is zero help as well. He totally ignores calls.

We are beyond frustrated and would never recommend using this company. We have been without propane for over a week in the middle of winter. You can’t just schedule a date, we have had to call every morning to see if we had been placed on their service list for that day. The people who answer the phones there are zero help with getting on the schedule; all they say is “the schedule gets made at night for the following morning and I can’t do anything about that.” Then when we got on the delivery list yesterday, the driver never showed up because they had “reached the maximum hours allowed.” When we called last night the receptionist said she couldn’t put us on the list for service the next day and we would have to call the next morning to see if we could be put on this list, which of course we couldn’t because they’re closed on weekends. The weather is expected to get down to 6 degrees this week. Between the horrible service and lack of empathy, this company better hope our pipes don’t freeze or I will be suing them.
