I like coming to this location because it’s by where I live. I’ve seen before how the employees treat other people as if they’re criminals. But today, the employee was being very weird and watching every move I made. My son always gets Pokemon cards and always asks as we’re getting ready to checkout to see them. Today the lady was very weird and said not until I came up to the checkout. Then we moved to the self checkout and she walked up to me and was going to start scanning everything and got upset when I told her my son wanted to see the cards. As she went with him to show him the cards I was going to start scanning my items and she yells “I have to do that for you. You can’t scan items by yourself. And it’s 5 cents a bag”. I was just like “okay…”
As I was waiting. Other people were scanning themselves out and she didn’t say anything to them. So then she walked over with my son and his cards, scanned everything for me, and then stood behind me the whole time until I paid and printed the receipt. I’ll be driving to different locations from now on.

Staff was weird. Bought candy and it was completely stale. I could hit them against a table stale. I will never comprehend how a food can have a year before the expiration date and be that stale. Would never recommend this store I am very upset. Service was weird at the checkout lady was acting weird as well. I am so unbelieveably upset about my experience never attend this store unless you are forced.

Come here all the time and will not be coming back. Felt very unwelcome in the store and when we went up to self checkout 4 employees jumped on me to check me out and all of them stood around watching everything until we left the store. Very weird experience and very uncomfortable.

I had my ears 2nd holes pierced here and they helped me with my original holes, I had scar tissue and skin grow over the hole after I had a spider bite on my earlobe, and they were able to re pierce it! Helen, the store manager was absolutely Wonderful! It was all super sanitary, and it's not the same "guns" as it used to be at Claires, it's a cartridge and the earring itself actually pierces your ear.

Weird experience that will make me never shop at this location ever again.I’ve never been treated like this.The worker made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed there. And when I went to ring up my items at the self check out, she made sure to hold my bag while I loaded the items in and watched me ring everything up. It was awkward and uncomfortable. I will never step in this store again.Needless to say, I didn’t buy the items.This has never happened to me ever before.So weird and rude and shouldn’t have employees like this. I do believe this incident had to do with racism as I was with my guy who is Persian.

I always shop at this store, yesterday I went in to buy a speaker with my husband and had him pay and get out of the store first while I looked for other stuff I needed. He payed for all of our stuff and when I was leaving a lady named Veronica yelled at me are u gonna pay for what you took? I said I don’t have anything and all my stuff was payed for by my husband who was just outside the door. My husband is white and tall and I’m Hispanic so I understand she didn’t realized we were together but she said thing in such a rude way. When she realized he had payed for everything she just said oh he is with you? Ok and started walking towards the back of the store. I was so confused I asked her if she was going to apologize for her mistake and she was so rude to me she was like “I just saw him ok? You can go now” and moved her hand dismissing me. I was so ashamed and stunned at the way he treated me my husband notice what was happening and went into the store. He said she should at least apologize. She just said fine sorry ok? In a super rude tone and left. On my way out the girl on the register was sweet and said sorry about the confusion but the older lady Veronica was so rude I could not believe how mean she was to me. I understand if they are doing their job and don’t want people stealing but she could’ve said sorry for the confusion and be nice about it. It has been the worst experience I’ve had in a store
