It's pretty much like shopping at Temu but in person. Most of the stuff is cheap junk but there are sometimes hidden gems. They have a good candy selection. The place was disorganized, but as it is December, I don't blame them. The staff was friendly.

Worst place to work for especially if you have health issues they tell you that you’re a burden and they fire you instantly. Which is pathetic because they only pay you 12 dollars an hour and for two shifts a week that are 4 hours. No wonder they are always low staffed and it’s never organized

8/3/2024 5-6 pm Went in with my sister and mother. First time in this store everything was going okay until check out. My sister went first and the worker showed she could go check out so she did then she freaked out on her and she picked up a sign telling my sister “did you not read the sign” which stated please wait for associate which was not facing the direction it should’ve been. she used a very rude tone. when it was my turn the machine asks if you’d like to make a 5$ donation and she hit yes before i could say anything. These “associates” are ruder then hell and have to baby sit you through the SELF check out meanwhile little kids are tearing open candies and chips in the isles they need more managers or something figure stuff out. this was ridiculous

Store was nasty, bags of chips open on shelves, cashier was incredibly rude. I was trying to check out but the cashier walks away so I scan my own items. Then she runs back and said “only I can scan your items. Learn how to read the sign.” I said you walked away after clearly acknowledging me. There was no one up at the front. The sign was super small and not noticeable at all. The checkout appears to be like self checkout. If that’s not what it’s for they need to change the design. Or even be more observation as people check out or check receipts at the door. She did not have to talk to anyone in this way. They charge for bags which is weird. That store is so messy it’s overwhelming. If theft is such an issue they need to hire more people to watch the store. Everything in that store took probably 99¢ or less to manufacture for this type of checkout situation . This experience was unfortunate and last time I will be shopping here.

I went at 8pm and the doors were locked. The hours sign says they close at 9. Online says they close at 9:30. Why were they closed at 8? Drove here from Fallon after work for my son’s bday at his request. Wasted time and gas.

Only my second time in Five Below and I must say I was impressed by some of their items. I just did some inexpensive slides and T-shirts but decent quality. I'll.take it for $5 and really can't be too picky or expect too much at $5, but the shopping experience was good! Clean and organized store. Helpful staff.

Arrived at 5:20pm on Sunday 2/18/24 and location was closed,they saw me there and just waved me closed, online says closed at 6pm and location outside has a sign saying closed on sundays 6pm,at least explain to the customer why its closed or remove sign from outside, or at least a closed early sign would help,multiple customers arriving after me and no one let in or told why,losing customers and sales
