Ashley was amazing! She was great helping us pick out the shower floor tiles and the best grout for the floors and shower walls, and even in the backsplash! all around fantastic. She even threw in her opinions on the paint that we’re contemplating using! Again, Ashley was amazing!

I had the pleasure of dealing with an employee named Zach Burns at the Reno store......he was absoultely fantastic. Coscientious, thorough, well read technically and emotonally intelligent in regards to my particular flooring dilemna. This combination is unfortunately rare. If I still owned my business I'd steal him in a heartbeat. That's the highest compliment I can pay.

I’d like to commend the service, recommendations and communication skills of three of your team members.
Cathie is very knowledgeable and provided the proper direction for selecting the materials for my project….also a baseball fan (Angels)!
Angela was dynamite! She, like Cathie, possesses the skill set that assisted me greatly with the selection of the proper materials…great gal!
Eric was instrumental in communicating (via Spanish over the phone) with my builders so that we - Cathie, Angela and I were able to shop the products with no screw-ups! Impressive young man!

There was a broken toilet that moved in men’s bathroom. The music in bathroom was too loud. The bathroom was clean but way too overpowering with chemical smells. We needed a new pallet of tile. They dropped the pallet but didn’t open it, so we had to go find another staff to unwrap it. She only partially unwrapped it. There were lots of staff who asked if they could assist us throughout the store, but no one offered to help us load the tile at any point in time. They do seem to have adequate prices and options

I am a project manager for a GC in Reno. I recently had a situation where two different color shades were pulled from a bay area store and sold to us as a pick up order. My tile contractor was down to the end of the job and found the discrepancy. With only a couple phone calls and texts, Floor&Decor was able to pull off a MIRACLE and get the correct tile sent up from Stockton to Reno, and had it on site for my tile contractor the following morning. I've been a contractor for over 35 years and seen a lot of mishaps. Everyone makes mistakes, but never have I ever seen anyone pull off such a monumental recovery as the leadership team did at Floor n Decor of Reno!! Thank you!!
