Terrible florist - do not use! Tiniest little vase of flowers for $120 that I have seen. Poor quality on delivery and deliver so late in the day I had left the office. When I came in Monday they looked almost dead - I trimmed the stems and changed the water. Next morning they were completely dead. Called the shop and they said to bring them in for replacement - I had paid for delivery of live flowers.... today the guy was beyond rude, said we did not care for them. They gave me an even smaller "replacement" of 2 Lillies and 2 roses. They fail on product freshness, value for money and customer service!
In responses to my review - they were not delivered on Wednesday and I did look after them - they were delivered half dead. I do not appreciate being called a liar or your rudeness in the shop - it speaks to how you operate your business and I will not return or recommend.

Average. Ordered from flowersfromyou.com and these guys were the florist. Delivery was excellent, the arrangement of the *Florist Designed -Best Value*(highest tier priced ) bouquet was average. 65 bucks for something $20 at Costco would have beaten out on quality.

I don’t write a whole lot of reviews, but after seeing the reviews posted about this shop, I find it necessary. I usually read reviews, but I had placed the order already and I am so happy I did. The reviews on Google do not align with my experience. I had ordered the flowers for my sister and her husband as sympathy flowers. I sent them and was nervous after I read the reviews. My sister wasn’t home the day of delivery which was supposed to be last Thursday. The delivery company contacted her, then me. It had turned out my sister snuck away for the weekend. They offered to hold the flowers and see to their care until Monday when she returned home. I was still nervous what they may look like. If there is one negative I can say, to be fair the orchid was white and the picture showed a purple orchid. But, I had agreed to allowing a replacement color if stock of the purple was out, so I can’t really complain. My sister sent me a picture of the flowers and I was blown away. An absolute incredible arrangement. She also stated the picture didn’t do it justice. I just want to personally thank the floral shop and the delivery service for such wonderful work and customer service. You guys delivered light to my sister and brother in law during a dark period. Thank you thank you thank you!

I am so grateful to this place! Yes if you need flowers go there:) The person at the store was very helpful, kind, and made a beautiful bouquet for a birthday celebration that I was going to that day. Thank you again sir!

Placed a Valentine's Day order on January 31st for delivery on February 14th. The flowers were not delivered even with extended holiday delivery hours up to 9pm. Then after reaching out to FTD, the flower bouquet was supposed to be upgraded and delivered the next day. The flower bouquet showed up in dirty days old water and was clearly not upgraded. Delivery was also past 8pm the day after Valentine's Day. Never, EVER, use this florist. They ruined a Valentine's Day effectively 3x. Wasting 2 days to deliver flowers and gifting an old unkempt arrangement despite promises to the contrary. Now seeing the reviews here on Google, it's no wonder they rely on FTD and Teleflora contracts and others as this florist is terrible at performing their profession.

Wow, rude, rude, rude! Don't call customers to question them rudely. He actually called my recipient to question the concerns of a petite bouquet after paying almost $120. A $40 bouquet was sent, and the guy called her to question her. Call me; I'm the one complaining. She had no clue that I wanted it re-delivered. I bought from a third party and won't use this florist again. Paid almost $120 for premium roses and didn't even get close to a dz.

I had a issue with floreria delivering to the wrong address , that was purchased on FTD.com,contacted FTD.com within 1 hour the flowers were delivered by Sparks florist, don't waste your time with Floreria go to a repital company like Sparks florist in the Reno sparks area.

Horrible customer service from the owner and he got annoyed enough with us trying to decide what we wanted that he told us to come back when we knew what we wanted. The store was empty and I had only asked 5 questions about different bouquet prices.

Horrible attitude and customer service. I just went here to ask for prices for flowers and the owner not only took a call in the middle of me asking a question but also got tired of me asking about different prices and told me to come back when I know what the occasion is for and when I'm ready to buy. Which I never said I wasn't ready to buy.

I ordered an arrangement over the weekend on line through Telaflorist for a flower arrangement to be delivered on my daughter's birthday, July 31st. The arrangement was not delivered on the 31st so I emailed an inquiry to Telaflorist late in the evening. They told me the florist couldn't get the flowers on Sunday and that the delivery address was further away than they thought so the flowers would be delivered August 1st. When the flowers hadn't arrived by 3 PM on August 1st, I again called Telaflorist and asked for the florist phone number so I could make sure the flowers were still coming. Telaflorist refused to give me the name of the florist they were using. They then called the florist while I was on hold and was told the arrangement was out for delivery. It arrived at 6 PM. I ordered the flowers for my daughter's birthday, not the day after. It would be the same as ordering wedding flowers and getting them the day after the wedding! Floreria Reno wasn't even considerate enough to let me know early on July 31st that the flowers would not be delivered that day and give me the option of cancelling the order or accepting a different delivery date. I would have cancelled and ordered the flowers from a place that could deliver on the day I needed them. In addition, the flowers that were delivered did not even remotely resemble the flowers I ordered. There were mostly daisies in a clear vase with dirty water. There were 3 sizes of the arrangement shown on line to choose from so I knew what size to be expecting. I am attaching pictures of the flowers and size ordered as well as a picture of the ones that arrived. The description of the arrangement ordered said: Hot pink roses, dark red spray roses, purple carnations and pink miniature carnations accented with assorted green, arranged in vivaciously violet cube. I paid $80 for the clear glass container of mostly daisies. I was embarrassed when my daughter sent me the picture. I will never use Telaflorist or Floreria Reno again.
