I frequent Foot Locker pretty often, and each time I am pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness and care put into their customer service. Special shoutout to Diamond and Morgan for going above and beyond the call of duty during my last visit in. Thank you so much. This is why I will continue to shop here.

Website says they open at 9am. Drove 20 mins to get there and there is a paper sign that says opens at 11 am today. Any get their live text option to return a text and nobody answers the phone. I’ve called 3 times. This store is a joke. Great business!

I needed a new pair of running shoes for work and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I didn't realize that puma shoes ran small, but the male staff member did and automatically brought me a half size larger, and they fit like a dream . I will definitely be going back, but I wish they had more of a ladies' selection.

My husband, Guy got a Great new job and needed some really Awesome shoes. Morgan was So Terrific in Helping us. She brought out a really Cool pair of Adidas. They had the Perfect Sole for his Dynamic new job. What a Great Experience. We will Always choose the Foot Locker at Meadow Wood....

When it comes to stopping by this location it is to pick up a reservation. It only takes about 6 minutes but the greetings are always shy and I end up having to look for a sales rep to assist me. I must say my last pickup was great though - I witnessed a little boy about 7-8 years old asking, "do you guys sell Jordan(s) here?" enthusiastically. The sales rep girl quickly responded with a, yes! Let me show you what we have.
I loved every second of it! But really it just goes to show, no matter what age or whom, greet all your customers and service them with the greatest service you've got - we're just trying to get new shoes!
