one of the best thrift stores in reno! the store is very organized by size and color. they have affordable prices and a large variety of clothes. be sure to BRING YOUR OWN BAG as they charge you for a paper bag! overall, 5/5 stars :)

My number one spot to thrift, so many good items and I never leave empty handed. I also really love how the clothes are sorted by color. It also has a really nice atmosphere with the music they play and the workers make for a great experience. This last time I met Tory and she was very pleasant and helpful, holding onto our clothes as we were browsing and helped us try on clothes, overall lovely to talk to and really appreciated her.

Prices are on the high side, staff is not the friendliest.my main flaw is that they charge you for bags when you checkout. This isn't California,I don't know who they think they are and why they are getting away with it!

Don't bother trying to sell clothes here. I brought in an entire tote and they bought 6 things for a measly $24. AND they have no record of what they "purchased " very unprofessional way to do business.

This place is the worst! They make you leave your stuff and then come back the next day to get it or it’s “donated” Ok fair enough but it feels like they do it like this with the hopes that people don’t get there in time the next day to pick it up and then they get to keep it all because you signed a waiver. The issue is they don’t buy hardly anything you drop off but on the off chance you don’t get there in time (parking and access to midtown is already a nightmare) they get all of your stuff. I don’t believe for a second they donate the stuff.I mean the staff is nice enough but the business is a scam! Something feels off about their practices!

Dishonest practices. 3 cents on the dollar surcharge. Sounds small to us individually but you bet it adds up. Better places to shop locally

Wouldn’t recommend selling your clothing to this place anymore. Feels as if they don’t take the time to look through every item, they have gotten picker in the items they chose doesn’t matter if your items are brand new. They’re mostly looking for a specific aesthetic.

Freestyle clothing is charging a 3% "Living wage surcharge" on their items without prior consent from customers. You'll only see this if you ask for a receipt after payment. Dirty business practice. 0 stars.

Check your old receipts from this place. They charging extra expenses, WITHOUT telling the customer!!!!!Never going back!!!!!!Bunch of thieves. How they don't get arrested for fraud is beyond me

I had a pretty bad experience here although they do have really cute clothes. I guess their policy is that you drop off the clothes but can’t wait. They give you 24 hours to pick the clothes back up or they take them all. I was not notified of this, so I called them a few days later excited to hear how much they wanted and to go pick up my other very expensive silk items, brand new urban outfitter items, free people items, north face items. I think I got a total of $24 -and there must’ve been thousands of dollars worth of clothing in there. You know they of course kept it and sold it. On my way out. I saw one of my items being sold for $68 which was a white fluffy north face vest. If I remember right, they wouldn’t even tell me what they bought because it was past the 24 hours.I felt completely scammed and I will be reaching out to customer service. Be careful to come pick up your stuff. If it is stuff you’re planning on reselling or if it matters to you be careful with them. When I called to discuss, the person who answered that had a little regard for the inconvenience, or what this must have felt like, and did little to help me, and basically shrugged her shoulders. I did get a customer service number and this was a few months ago so I will be discussing this with them.If they are a good business, they will have an itemization of everything they took, and I will get the credit I deserve. I wouldn’t want to have to get attorneys involved.

I love shopping here, and I also appreciate the ease of selling my clothes here. Do you have to have seasonable AND fashionable clothing? Yes. This is still a business, and they want items that are current and sellable. That being said, you’ll find items here that are cute and unique with some newer items sold at the front of the store. Don’t let other reviews dissuade you from shopping or selling here. If you are selling, be thoughtful about what you bring. Once I realized that, I started being more conscious of the season and trends and have sold a decent amount of clothing here. As for the staff, they have always been helpful and respectful.

Great place to buy used patagonia, carhartt, North face, arterix etc. All those goods at a fair price. Comment section hating because many try to sell 1$ tees from forever 21cand expect 5$ or something. If you sell i recommend bringing name brands or vintage y2k items. Everytime I go in I find patagonia sweaters for 20$ and it seems like a lot but if you think of it patagonia retails sweaters at 200$+. There in Great condition as well. Some ripped shirts have a steep price tag due to the story behind the brand or print. There collectors items no longer in production since the 80 or 90s.

One of my favorite Freestyle locations to visit. Every time I'm in town I stop in. The place is full of women's and men's new and used clothing, shoes, purses and jewelry. My daughter always finds a ton of great finds. The prices may be a tad high on some things but also have some GREAT funds and sale racks.

employees are always rude, and wouldn’t even let me buy a sweater from a mannequin.
