Awesome selection and love the staff! I spend way too much on my TCG addiction, but they charge reasonable prices and they always have exactly what I want, whether it's Lorcana, Magic, Pokemon or just sleeves (I'm convinced they have every color of Dragon Shields). This is, by far, my favorite local game store!

Smile people! Everyone is so serious or moody here they have real nice inventory but waking in to not so very friendly workers makes me want to not even walk in there. Wow

Worst service of all time, always rude. Never have a pleasant experience and the greater Reno area agrees. Check out other stores for your nerd needs

Worst experience ever! Smug and condescending staff. Go to somewhere that actually cares and likes the games they sale. Nerdvana and Dice'N'Duels and awesome! Don't waste your time.

Fine enough shop, great place for getting MTG singles locally, lots of stock to choose from and online orders to pick up in store are typically ready quite quickly. Staff could be friendlier, though.

To see this company grow from a very small store in Parklane Mall to a multifunctional outlet is extremely wonderful. Over in the boardgames store, the employees (women only) dont like to venture beyond the safety of their register if they dont have to. On a positive note, if they don't have what you're looking for, they can most likely order it.However, the employees who work over in the larger section (men only) clearly don't want to be there. When placing an order for any of the trading cards from the kiosk, it's clear they don't want to help. When asking questions about the trading cards, they give the impression that you are wasting their time. The overall attitude they have about working there is clear, and they could care less if it bothers you.Nerdvana and Comic Kingdom will treat you with respect and be glad to help in any way.

Bigger than you'd think. Nicest shop I've ever been to in a mall. Has everything.Actually takes phone calls, employees actually helpful compared to the lazy sales guys at a lot of other shops in town.

They will most likely have the tcg cards you're looking for as their inventory is the largest. They also have a bigger collection of snacks and drinks compared to other tcg places in town. Because they are located in the mall so they tend to have the mall hours, so if your pod is more of an evening group, it might not be the best place. But it is good for bigger groups since they have a lot more space compared to other places. Bring your own playmats though. The staff is usually pretty helpful. Prices here are a little more than the other local tcg places, but again, their inventory is larger.

Disney dropped Lorcana and only certain game stores got merchandise. This store did but we went to other stores after going here. We found they took advantage of it and charged higher…MUCH higher. Disney totally asked stores not to do this. The other funny thing is all their employees got first dibs but the other store we went to afterwards GAVE UP THEIR ORDERS for customer service. “To earn the respect (and eventually love) of your customers, you first have to respect those customers. That is why Golden Rule behavior is embraced by most of the winning companies." – Colleen Barrett

Picked up the first Invincible omnibus and some cute little metal kits to build Spider-Man & Deadpool. I really like the variety of this place and appreciate the mix of anime/manga/collectibles/kawaii items/plushies/comics/& gaming gear. My only complaint is that the staff could work on their people skills a bit more. They weren’t bad, just could have been more friendly and more sales driven. I’ll be back in again. Hopefully for the 2nd Invincible omnibus.

Good game store with lots of table space, arcade machines, and a good collection of miniatures based games. Not quite at the level of Comic Kingdom or Game Kastle, but a really good option and conveniently located next to other fun stores in Meadowwood Mall.

Greedy owners! The Pokémon Hype is over it’s NOT 2020 anymore. ALL modern Pokémon sealed product there is marked up $10 at least on the small items ($14.99-$49.99) and the booster box prices are even worse on the mark ups! Save your money order online and go to other local shops even Walmart and target has better deals!!

Been doing business with Steve for years - happy to have seen his business grow despite all the craziness that Meadowood Mall has gone through!
