Very unprofessional and uncaring staff and manager. I purchased a Switch OLED during a visit. I started with a used Zelda edition, but had to exchange for a standard new one due to a defective unit. I asked for the warranty, and I was charged for it during the first transaction, but somehow lost in the exchange with me not receiving the refund. Fast forward to now, the Switch is having hardware issues. I went to my local GameStop who broke the news that the warranty was not properly added, and that Reno had to help. To make matters worse, even though the switch still has Warranty under Nintendo, they advised not to send it due to the ongoing fires in L.A, where their warranty center is. I called the manager here who, after explaining everything and asking for help, told me to kick rocks in a very rude way.

i very much didn’t like the customer service at this location. Sarah had attitude since the moment i stepped in the store and gave me false information. it was mainly the attitude that i absolutely did not appreciate. I, and others i know, will not be going back to that location thanks to miss Sarah ****EDIT***** i called and spoke to Sarah and was rudely hung up on and now that i’m trying to call to get the district managers name and number Sarah won’t pick up the phone. Sarah is a very disrespectful and rude worker

Daniel was so awesome. We had problems with an online order. The CSR was unhelpful. So I went to the store. Problem : we live 3 hours away from Reno, the closest store. Instead of saying sorry can't help you, come back another time, he was so kind and understanding about our situation. He spent the time it took to check in with his manager to resolve our issue. I appreciate him so much and can't thank him enough. He's a rock star :-)

I can honestly say this gamestop has the worst customer service out of any of the lcoations in the reno sparks area. You will go in and whatever employees are there are too busy chatting with each other to acknowledge your existence much less actually provide assistance. Today was the second time in a month I have went in lookong for a specific game but was ignored to the point where i walked out without getting help. Don't go here. It would be easier to learn coding and make my own game then get help from this location.
