Best Buy is last resort for me when it comes to any of my electronic needs. I will not do business with them unless this is the only place where I can get what I absolutely need at that moment. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. In store or over the phone. I honestly do not know how they are still in business.

Sat in line for 30 min. Finally left. Better to make an appointment. The guy sitting next to me had an appointment and he was still waiting when I gave up.

I took my tablet in because I forgot draw pattern over winter break from school. Sebastian was absolutely terrible. All he did was press some buttons and did not fix issue and referred me to ubreakitifixit. I did some more research and went home and plugged it into my computer and fixed it myself! I thought these guys were smart! Save yourself the frustration!

It is never fun when you have hard drive failures, but the Squad did the best they could in the situation and replaced the drive that was under warrantee and reinstalled Windows for me.

The status of your repair page is horrible. All it ever says is your device is checked in and will be assigned to a tech soon. And then a day or two later you get a text or call that it's ready to be picked up.

Took my laptop in to be checked, I thought I had a virus, got it checked, turns out I didn't. Was in n out of there within 20 minutes. Guys at the Geek Squad were great!!!!

They were great very helpful I wish I would have went there first and instead of somewhere else where I was ripped off $1,500 fixing a computer that couldn't even be fixed I have an appointment to take one of the computers back that can be fixed I can't wait to see that computer fixed so I can use it thank you for all your help
