I went in with $500 CASH to buy a new golf bag. Looked around for almost 30 minutes. Four "sales" people just standing around the counter shooting the shit! Not ONCE was I greeted or asked if I needed help finding something. No problem. I left with $500 cash in my wallet. Found another place who were more than happy to help: Golf NV. They got my money. Stores like Golf Mart are the reason why people DON'T shop local and buy online. I know a lot of fellow golfers. I'll be sure to have them do business elsewhere. Trust me: THEY DON'T want your business!!

Went down here yesterday to buy new irons. Walked in, there was about 6 employees working, I was in the iron section for more then 20 minutes and not once did anyone come over and ask if I needed any help. So on to GOLF NV for me. This place used to be good, now it's just trash. Better folks at GOLF NV, at least there the associates are very helpful even if you're just looking around.

I'm glad to see there are positive reviews here, because my experience was not great. I drove 30 minutes and walked around the store for a half hour, with nobody offering any help. I came here to buy clubs, and left empty handed. Too bad really.

Gave me a great deal on an older club that met my needs after fitting. The older driver was almost $300 less expensive that the newer version. Gotta live a company that does the right thing over profit.

Despite some questionable reviews, I went to Golf Mart to be fitted for some irons. I'm very tall, so standard lengths never work. I did not have an appt., but a fitter saw me right away. He spent some time asking about my game and explained what all the numbers meant on the swing analyzer thing. I tried quite a few different sets of clubs and narrowed it down to 2. I was leaning towards a the more expensive set, and the fitter pointed out that according to the data, I was actually hitting the less expensive set better! The fitter was very patient and there was no rush at all. No hard sell!! They said it would be 3-5 weeks to get my clubs, but it was less than 2 weeks and I'm OBSESSED with them!! I had not included a 5 iron in the set, but after hitting the new clubs I went back and ordered the 5 iron! Haha... sometimes it really is the wand and not the wizard!

One star only because I had to pick one. Went in yesterday for new grips. Was told to come back this morning...not done. Wife went to pick them up at end of day...still not done.. plus they charged $4. per grip, even when I bought the grips there, from them!!!????Happy to inform that these guys made things right. I Was issued a refund for the overcharging of installing new grips and apolized to for the slow service. It is nice to know that they read their reviews and have pride enough to fix things.

I have a few bad experiences here in the past, and from the reviews here I see some have as well. However last week I went in with my Bushnell range finder to see if it was still under warranty. The sales guys had Don who is the manager help me. So took the time to contact Bushnell to see if they would cover and then within 24 hours Don called me to let me know come in and pick up my new range finder. I was very happy that he took the time to take care of this. Hoping the rest of the staff will learn from this.

Just purchased my new Calloway driver and 3 wood and so excited to get to the course! I worked with Steve (old guy with the mustache lol) and felt like I got a golf lesson too. He took time to listen to my questions and to hit each different club. Such a fun experience and feel confident in my purchase. Love going to Golf Mart!

Previously had good experiences here. As of lately my feelings have changed. Store has a good selection of golf products but I don't recommend bringing your clubs here for any kind of work (regrip, shaft work, etc). Had a couple clubs worked on and now they are headed back to the warranty dept to be fixed properly.*4/6/23 - Wrote the review above sometime last week and now I have to update it. Flew down to SoCal to visit family and golf. After my round today, I noticed my driver shaft that I brought to Golf Mart to have a tip put on it is now coming apart. I originally brought the shaft to the store with a tip I had lying around that I guess had no ferrule so instead of calling me and asking if I wanted to pay for a new tip with a new ferrule to be put on, some terrible looking ferrule was put on so then that had to be pulled and I paid for a new tip. I had asked for the shaft to be cut when I originally brought it in the first time and that didn't happen. Its pretty frustrating having to drive back and fourth to the store to have things done right. When I return from my trip, Ill be dropping in to have this fixed. Totally unacceptable for a golf store.

It's a HARD PASS for me! Since the new corporate takeover, this place has gone downhill. Condescending salespeople (Philip) especially towards women. Golf NV will get my business where there are friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced employees.

I never thought I would be able to get my first set of fitted clubs till I was in my thirties, however Riley and Steve (old guy with the mustache) are in all honesty truly amazing and experts of their craft. I cannot put in words how fun and entertaining the process was of finding clubs, get fitted and then find an outfit for the wife. They worked with me and helped me make an educated decision and I'm 100% going back for any and all golf needs for myself or the wife.
