Two stores to shop at.eft side the prices are cheaper and leftovers from the Stores around the area. The Goodwill on the right side has more options at a good but higher rate. Both a good spot to shop at. I scored a nee dvd for .15 at the outlet store to the left.

This location is hit or miss for me. I personally won't come here alone due to the neighborhood and people that haggle in the parking lot as it makes me extremely uncomfortable. The store itself is quite large, but dirty. Staff are usually pretty friendly which is nice. Everything is fairly organized and priced decently. The furniture is hit or miss - sometimes in excellent condition and in other times I find myself wondering why it isn't on the bargain bin side next door. They do have a nice selection of clothing and books though. Household items are a little disorganized and messy, but you can usually find a good deal if you look hard enough.

Absolutely the worst thrift shop in all of reno sparks and carson area.. mostly because they dont honor the sales that they advertise but also the rudeness of the old man behind the counter not caring about the customers products. Most of our purchases were just broken before arriving home due to a lack of respect while packing them for us.. never ever shopping there again. Ever!

Over the last two years the prices continue to increase exponentially and quality of items decrease. Many things are broken and stained and it’s disappointing. They would sell a lot more for the business if they didn’t price so high, less would also end up at the goodwill bins too if they just priced reasonably as well.

1st time shopper due to inflation. There's lots of clothes for everyone. The prices are cheaper than Savers. They have fitting rooms here. I got 4 pairs of jeans for $16. They have shoes, shower curtains, and housewares. There's books, cds, and glassware. I would surely come back again. The customer service was great.

Digging through tables of random mismatched items isn’t for everyone, admittedly. But I love walking out with an armful of bargains. I’ve found lots of designer clothes. I went with 4 stars because there are never any carts. Tip: bring your own reusable shopping bags.

This maybe a good place for someone that is in need. I thought this location would’ve had furniture but it was mainly used clothes. Just not what I expected when I walked in.

Decided to go to “the bins” and check it out. Dirty? Yes. Messy? Yes. Worth it? Yes. This was my first visit. Piles of stuff in various bins. Lots of broken things. I think next time I would wear gloves. I found a box of dog p*** bags, a baseball hat, a pair of ski gloves, and some tent pegs. Came to $3.87. The poo bags were heavy so it raised the total price. There was a ton of stuff but I was being picky. Will be back.

A nice clean good will with plenty of selection. sadly they should have a rule named" ten is a crowd" in the checkout line as management only provided one cashier while ten to 15 people stood in line waiting to check out. Sadly management actually made an announcement for employees to go to the break room. poorly managed.

If I could give less than one store, I would this place is a joke like the poor cashier up front was all by herself, called for help for five times. No one came manager walked by ignored her. I was just floored. I was a good world store manager for five years and never with this has been OK to happen in my store . I felt really disappointed and it was sad. I saw Lake four employees in the back, just talking center and complaining about their job so I mean to the little Asian cashier was great and the heavyset lady working on the sales floor was great but it was just them pretty sad and regarding their store the store is a mess and their prices are insane and I just felt really sad being there

Nice, clean, and friendly staff. When I donated, all i did was drive up and they unloaded everything for me. I didn't even get out of the car. So easy.
