Don't bother even going here. I went 3 times all within operating hours and the door was locked. Every single time the open sign was on and there were employees inside ignoring me. Why have the open sign on if you aren't open?

The lady working at 4pm on Saturday april 15th was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will be finding another company to donate clothes to and I hope this management does something about this woman.

Came by at 5:45pm on Friday 11/6/20 and they were closed. I drove 30 min in high traffic to donate a lot of name brand clothes in great or good condition ( true religion, BCBG, William Rast, 7’s, Nike active & boutique clothes) Also a lot of boutique nic nacks. They need to update there hours on their website and post a phone number to call and see if they’re open as this isn’t the 1st time I’ve come by during open hours and found that they were closed. And by reading the other reviews I’m pretty sure I won’t be back. I’m not driving 30 min to donate ( if they are open) to have them pick through my donations and only take some of it! Maybe I’ll separate sizes then just post it for free on OfferUp.

My old "go to" Goodwill relocated to the once "Toys R Us" building and Goodwill has evolved into a Goodwill Megastore! Holy cow! Where did all of this stuff come from? Clothing from wall to wall, housewares, luggage... Everything! Did have enough time to browse but definitely coming back when I have some leisure time. Goodwill appears to me to have a "win-win" mentality to me. Great place to practice employment skills. Great place to recycle your stuff. And great buys too!

They never seem to be taking donations and are always "full." It does not matter if you go on a weekday, weekend, morning or afternoon...they cannot or will not take your stuff. Go elsewhere to donate.

I have visited this location twice, once by myself and today with a friend, and both times the elderly gentleman who works here has thrown our donations to the floor and refused to speak to me/us. He is very rude and unwelcoming. I am rating one star only because the drop off is an extremely quick process, partially due to the lack of human interaction. I will be making the commute to another location and I do not intend to return to this site. Very disappointed.

I came by to drop off a box of items and some bags of clothes, and the man working was incredibly rude and threw the stuff I was donating down aggressively, which probably caused the breakables in the box to break. When I walked in the door he said "I wish everyone would just go home."

They never want to take donations. I've tried 8 times and they tell me they are not accepting donations and to go to oddie Blvd. I have never heard of a place that tells you "no we don't want your donation"

Rude as all hell! They dump out your donation on the table in front of you pick out what they want you to donate out of it and proceeded to give you back the remaining parts of your donation. You figure that if you're taking donations weather in pristine condition or used condition that they all should be taken with open arms given the fact that they're supposedly going to a good cause Goodwill needs to realize that they wouldn't exist if it wasn't for people donating items that they could sell.
