Been coming to Rich since I moved here in Reno. Walked in 20 minutes to closing yesterday and asked about a broken spoke. He took my bike, fixed the spoke, reset my tubeless tires and got me on my way. He is knowledgeable and a good mechanic. If you're looking for a bike shop, he is the guy.

I went in on my lunch mostly to take a look and to see if they had some metal presta valve caps I could buy. One of the employees just gave me two caps. I had pretty limited interaction to base my opinion on but seems like a great shop. They made a good first impression on me, if nothing else!
