My hair cutter from walking in was so polite with her greeting, she gave an excellent haircut and had performing manner as well as a beautiful location. 10/10 will be back for a hair cut thx.

I went in for a haircut, the girl got to talking and she made a comment about her not having all day? I assumed I was getting a decent haircut.. I gave her a $5 tip and left when I looked in mirror next day I thought this is horrible. I called , put it up in a pony tail for 3 weeks, and baseball hat, call gm. She said I could do a redue? Well no. I just want my money back.. I called corporate 8 times now for a lousy $20!!! Still nothing it's been over a month.. Do Not ever go here
