We had extensive work done on our 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Greg's Garage did a fantastic job, it's practically a new vehicle! Their quotes were spot-on, the work was done quickly, and the end result was better than we hoped for. My wife and I highly recommend Greg's for all things automotive.

I went to Greg's Garage for a second option, and inspection of my suspension. I was very impressed with the honesty of their inspection (unlike Les Schwab) with pictures, and the quote for work to be performed. The shop was nice, and the people were professional, knowledgeable, and treat you like family.

Paid 165.00 for diagnostics on an electrical problem. Was told it was just a battery. Replaced the battery and drove away with something wrong with the transmission. Never had problems with the transmission before. Drove it a couple of miles, shut it off, and now the brand new batter wont start the car again.

I was recommended to this shop and was told they would take good care of me. I came here for a vehicle inspection and ended up getting two separate charges over $200 just for an inspection when I was originally told about 170. Not very professional with communication I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning and waited till about 3 to call and ask if the car was ready to be picked up, they called back about an hour later and said they were just about to start the inspection which would take about an hour. So after an hour I went to the shop right before closing and the man said "oh I didn't know you were coming back in today, we can't get your car, it's still up and there are too many cars around it. Do you need it today?" Which I told him yes I do I have a lot of things I needed to the next day. With reluctance they did end up bringing my car out. Also I have yet to receive any estimates on any of the suggested repairs. It seems they are a bit over loaded with with vehicles that need to be serviced and maybe need to figure out a better system for planning service and properly communicating. There are other shops I have had better service where I will probably look into in the future.
